Fast and easy to order. It’s all halal chicken but in different forms - breast, wings, thigh, lean… all listed with numbers and prices. I was a first customer and it was easy to navigate. Told them the numbers and they brought up the cartons. All boxes are 5kg in weight.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Sargent Farms for 4 years, but this year has been the worst experience ever.
1. The Price – Chicken breast (5kg) went from $45 to $75. I get that prices can’t stay the same forever, but $75? That feels like you’re ripping people off.
2. The Quality – Totally inconsistent. You label it “medium,” but half the pieces are huge. That’s misleading and makes me question if you’re being honest with your customers.
3. The Cleanliness – This one hurts the most. Your chicken used to be clean and trustworthy. Now? Astaghfirullah. I won’t even say it. Let Allah be the judge of that.

I’m done buying from you. Not worth the money, not worth the hassle. Local grocery stores are offering better chicken at cheaper prices.

First time purchasing from this retail location in Mississauga. Price is much cheaper than what you'd get at No Frills. I called ahead and was told of whatever was available at that point and what was not. They have a no refund/no exchange policy. Store is clean and the staff was quick. Everything can be ordered online except for whole chicken because of weight. Liked the prices and would go again!

I recently picked up a box of chicken breasts, and I must say, it has been the best chicken purchase I've made so far. The quality is outstanding — the meat is tender, juicy, and incredibly fresh. Highly recommend this halal certified raw chicken store! The prices are incredibly cheap, especially if you're buying in bulk and can stock up the 5kg box for more than a week. The fast customer service is a definite plus - I've never had to wait long to be helped.

It is very unfortunate that I have to put up review on this place. We have been regular buyer from the day it had opened. The service and the quality USED to be good including the prices. It has been about a year now that we noticed that you buy a rooster box chicken and when you open in front of at the cashier , the pieces all look nice and big BUT the minute you get home and you open the plastic to open the pieces, we have found the top and bottom seem to have been placed with big rooster pieces and I between you are slammed with smaller pieces. Today we decide to take it back and the guy said same no refunds or exchanges and we can’t do anything! Hello of if I am paying for the rooster chicken about $58 bucks! For the box why am I being scammed into this thing all the time! The guy had the audacity to tell me they end up getting smaller chickens in the too! Then why am I paying for the rooster if you are putting smaller chickens in between and that is properly hidden in the middle. What the small chicken decided that I want to go in the rooster line! Stop scamming people as there someone above watching you and stop taking advantages of people. No wonder the store policy is kept no refund and no exchange! Maybe government needs to investigate into this as no other grocery store does not have such policy. If you take it and the meat is foul or something is wrong that they have to take their faults and accept their wrong doings.
Half box turns out to be rooster and the other half small chicken pieces, if I am paying for rooster that u should be given rooster pieces and if you are going to mix than be fair and charge accordingly , don’t scam people.
