The cider is of course great and make sure to try the experimental on-tap variants. However, this review is about the wood-fire pizza. It is legit good.

Also, I need to call out the pizza nachos. Before you count them out because how could that possibly be any good, I would argue you should try them. They begin with full length thick cut kettle cooked potato chips (rarely seen in nachos), pizza'd, and wood-fire roasted. The chip base, and first rate balsamic glazed fresh motzerella brings a surprisingly light feel to what can get quite heavy.

Came on opening night for a date at the cider house. Lots of great cider choices (Candy Apple and Ginger Snap were our faves( and also some nice beer choices from Kichesippi Brewery. Pizza was on point, crust is perfect chewy/crispy mix you'd expect from wood oven pizza. Staff were kind, helpful and attentive. Beautiful setup in the cider house with a casual picnic table patio complete with bocce, corn hole and jenga. Well done Saunders Team!
