I had a great experience with Bob at Savoy. From the moment I walked in, he was incredibly friendly and welcoming. It’s clear he knows his stuff — he helped me with everything I needed for my chainsaw setup, making sure I had the right equipment for the job.

What stood out most was how helpful and genuine he was. He took the time to walk me through the options and made sure I had the proper safety gear too, which I really appreciated. Being in customer service myself, I know how rare and valuable good service can be — and Bob definitely delivered.

Counterman listened to my issues with my cub cadet. Suggested I check the spark plug coils and the easiest way to do it. I could have saved 12 hours of work on the engine if I had talked to him first. Great service and good cost/hour.

Amazing Staff to deal with, great products to rent, if you have any sort of ground cultivation, do yourself the biggest favor ever and rent the dingo from savoy, the staff were super great in explaining to me how it worked to get the best results. I had it booked for two days to tame the ugliest back yard you can imagine, i had it finished in half a day with out any problem and they only charged me for one day. I had two attachments the cultivator and the bucket, i will never do landscaping again with out one well worth the few extra dollars to save doing it manually,

Since spending over $1,500 on a professional landscape company to work on my big yard i thought i better look into my own equipment.
So about 3 years ago I went in the spring to see what i could purchase for my yard.
Oh yes the Savoy staff were extremely busy but my fault I should of come in their slow time not in spring when everyone needed parts and service.
The owner must of seen that I was staring at some equipment for a while so he came down from upstairs and greeted me and asked what i was looking for.
He was very patient with me and if he couldn't answer a question he quickly talked to another staff member that could answer the question.
I decided at that point that I wanted a Stihl multi Tool and was prepared to purchase right then but the Owner told me to hold on for a week because Stihl was going to have a in House sale.
I waited for a week and because I waited the price was so good I was able to pick up another attachment and Savo threw in a lot of goodies to boot and instructions how to care for the equipment.
Since then I am doing all my yard work and saving $$$..
My wife has gone in since then and picked up more attachments for Father's day and Christmas presents and she is a person
that does not like going into any equipment shops but loved the way that Savoy Employee's treated her.
I was just doing my yard the other day and thought to myself i have never thank Savoy.
So Thank you very much..
