Amazing!!! We were visiting the area and found this dog park on Google Maps. We’ve been to many dog parks (fenced area, one tree). This was a whole forest! Well maintained and so much space to adventure (over an acre I believe) - ignore the commentary in my video of the first 150ft (?) of the trail. Enjoy!!!

I've had the dogs at quite a few dogs parks from Prince Edward Island to Manitoba. This is quite literally the nicest I've seen.

Prior to my visit here, the standard was a fenced section of a field with a couple benches. The "nicer" ones had structures for shade or an obstacles or two.

In this park there is a large wooded section included in the park, with nicely established trails.

There are a few obstacles set up if your dog is so inclined.

Wood chips in the main area is a nice touch to keep the paws less sandy!

Very well maintained park that I hope continues to uphold it's standard of quality!

Our boys love it here. Plenty of space for everyone to run and play at their own pace as well as a small obstacle course and lots of trees for the avid squirrel hunters. We rarely encounter problematic or aggressive behaviour and most owners are attentive and aware at all times. Poop bags are provided as well as trash cans that are emptied regularly. Very clean and well-maintained with lots of seating and a good amount of shade. There is no running water on site but metal bowls are provided and everyone is encouraged to bring a water bottle with them. My only complaint is that the fence is in pretty rough shape in some areas and in need of replacing as it could be jumped or climbed by a moderately agile escape artist. Overall, an excellent spot to meet new dogs and their people!

Short walking trail round the park, lots of room for dogs to play and tons of trees to pee on. The park is in great shape, minus the icy witchcraft that occurs in the spring. The vast majority of dogs and people that go here are good to go and friendly.

Such a great park! Nice little path you can walk with a. Stroller if you have a baby with you. Our dog did catch kennel cough a few days after we took her (this is the only dog park she’s ever been to, she’s 1.5 year old rottie). These things are to be expected, please don’t bring your dog if they are sick! Nonetheless, great park and people were friendly.

Unfortunately seems access only for those living in Petawawa or dogs registered in Petawawa. Seems like an amazing park but as we live in Pembroke signs indicate we cannot use.

It has a huge area that you can walk for a loop with lots of trees and obstacle course for your dog, there are benches where you can sit and relax while your Dog roam around. Theres lots of bugs during summer so bring some bug spray. Lots of dogs come to the park and just be cautious because theres a few dog parents that is inexperienced with handling dogs. My Puppy got attack here and I dont blame the dog as it was suppose to be the dog parents responsibility to assess the situation, I know for sure that the dog parent lacks situational awareness and cant really control his dog as the situation was about to unfold.
