This review is to acknowledge the excellent customer services of ALL the employees at Scott’s Nursery and notably Dianne Earl, Team Lead for the Nursery Yard.

Last fall (2024) I met with Dianne and shared a project that I had in mind for spring 2025. I sent Dianne a list of evergreens I wanted for this project and she said she would do her best to get everything for me from their growers as she was about to place an order for 2025.

Well, Dianne was able to get everything for me except for one evergreen, but she already had an amazing substitute in mind which was perfect for my project.

Dianne’s dedication, knowledge and her amazing customer services deserve to be recognized.

Thank you so much Dianne for everything you did for me and thanks for all the excellent services throughout the years !!!

Hi,
The Scott Nursery,lincoln, NB, is not for common people. Prices here are 2x then what we can get from other Canadaian store like Kent. I purchased 11 emareld cedar (125 cm, 79.99$ each) for total cost of 879.99$.
Then I went to Kent store and purchased same 3 emareld cedars (125cm, 45.00$ each) for total price of 101.25$.
In total, I paid 384.99$ extra to Scott's Nursery for exactly same product also available at Kent's.
When I asked for this difference, the manager at the Scott's Nursery said, "we are local store and Kent is Canada wide store and they buy in bulk. So that's why they charge less."
This is the most common and irrational argument anyone can give.
If this continues, then I don't think anyone will go to any local store . Business is all about trust and today I lost trust in the Scott's Nursery and they lost there 1 customer today. I have attached the receipt of both Kent and Scott Nursery.

I love shopping at Scott's. The staff is very knowledgeable from planting trees to seed selection they will help you turn plans (big or small) into reality.
I bought trees, shrubs, perennials and everything grows well year after year.
I also appreciate their stock for indoor gardening. I bough grow lights and I now have lush green fresh herbs all year round as well has alpine strawberries.
They have a wide selection of indoor plants and comes spring their vegetable plants selection is incomparable.
I highly recommend them.

Excellent service! Dianne was kind enough to reserve a rhododendron for me, as I live out of town, and facilitated a quick and easy pickup after hours. Front of store staff were so kind and helpful with the checkout! I have always loved this place but their continued dedication to excellent customer service is outstanding. Highly recommend them for all your gardening and indoor growing needs. Love their tropicals selection as well!

The worst experience ever with flower shop.
They sold us a sick plant. We got back to them and asked to return our plant but they didn’t accept. Now my olive plant with I spent $50 on it is 99% dry.

When looking for just a few loads of rocks for small job, this is the place to be. I have an odd sized tiny trailer and they know exactly how to load 1/2 a yard of the product.

It is more when you compare what you get with the ratio of price VS weight like a 10 ton load, like a convenience store, you pay for the service.

This is why I still keep coming back cause I don't NEED 10 tons at the moment!!! Lol
