Always impressed!! I bought an amazing 6 lb. boneless prime rib roast to celebrate our family and Father's Day. It was beyond fabulous. My son in law used his smoker and we did a lovely herb rub - this was so superior to anything we could ever get at a restaurant! Every time I buy meat from Sebastian I am delighted and I am a customer for life. Friendly (and very helpful and knowledgeable) staff. They know what they sell. This is a highlight of the Dundarave area and it is a treat to stop in at your shop; like a little slice of Europe without the airport lineups! AND I loved Chloe's soap - I hope I can find more next time I stop in!!

Excellent place, helpful staff, high quality product. The store even looks good. A beautiful and expensive shopping experience. It's worth the price. I found some hard to find items. Would absolutely be a 5 star if not for one crucial flaw: the staff member was handling his phone in between touching our food, completely oblivious to hand hygiene, food safety, and the law. If they do this in the open, I wonder what happens in the back. If not for this issue, I'd be back every week. In fact, I'll probably be back to get some of the packaged goods that the staff can't touch.

I placed an order on uber eats using a $30 off $80 deal. They didn't have one of the items, so my order total was reduced and I no longer qualified for the $30 off, so my order ended up being more expensive. I tried to contact uber eats multiple times but their customer service was rude and beyond useless.

I contacted sebastian meats in hopes of getting proof that the deal existed. They went out of their way to give me a giftcard and they were extremely kind and helpful. I deleted uber eats, but i will definitely be a regular at sebastian meats!

The meat that I ordered was amazing as well, this is the best place to buy meat in West Van!

I go to Sebastian regularly to stock up for our family of five. There is always a great selection of carefully prepared meats and many different condiments to go with them. Super friendly and they always offer to prepare anything that they don't have in stock if I phone in earlier - wish I were that organized. The beef and chicken are always tender - unlike in some other places where it's hit and miss. Marinated stir fry and kebabs are always amazing. They also have many extras which saves a trip to other stores including bread, cheese, eggs, sweet and savoury pies ...

Ok, I never got the hype about butcher shops till I came here. The meats and products they carry are so fresh. The branding is on point but most of all the customer service is beyond, Tom is my go to guy, he always recalls my meat orders and is very informative on educating me on the different types and how to cook it! I am so excited for their second location to open down town! Highly recommend!
