I cannot recommend this place enough! My favourite flower shop, Staff are so kind and are willing to patiently explain and rearrange orders if needed, Sidney assisted us with picking a perfect Christmas flowers today. We are their regular customers and we always buy flowers here for every occasion. The flowers are freshhh and keep well and We never left dissatisfied. Love the variety of their colors, wrapping, plants and trees. The store is super clean and they gave us a cute Christmas tree as a gift .

I used this florist shop for a special occasion I was hired to organise and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the results! The arrangements were absolutely stunning and added the perfect touch of elegance and charm to the event. The team really listened to my vision and exceeded all expectations. This is my favourite floral shop! I love how you can make custom bouquets here and the staff are all so pleasant and helpful. I had help from Amy for my friend’s baptism bouquet and my boyfriend’s anniversary! In addition, I had Sherry help make my mum a bouquet for Christmas 🤗. Like others whom have given a poor review, I too have received a bouquet of flowers which were not fresh. I paid $370 taxes included for a bouquet of Ohara roses for my wife’s birthday which to her disappointment, started wilting after 2 days. When I sent the complaint when the flowers were fully wilted after 4 days, the store basically said that we were SOL and refused to provide any type of compensation or attempt to make it right for us. They started making up false facts just to avoid responsibility, mentioning that the varietal only had a vase life of 5 days when according to multiple verified sources, Ohara roses have a vase life of 9-12 days.

Oh that’s not to mention also that the flowers were supposed to be delivered on the day of her birthday for the 1 - 5 pm window but they ended up arriving at 11 pm, well after the events were over.

Very unprofessional, unreliable, and not worthy of operating a business. There are many other florists that do a much better job at a lower price, for example Blooming One. I highly recommend you to not spend a dollar with this store as all you will get is misery
