Be ware!! they are selling all meat for more price then the market and they are cheater!! ...... selling chicken leg meat with thigh label! When I confronted they rudely said it is what it is.
Also charging more money for paying with credit card and that you will know after you paid!! They don't tell you about it before you pay ...... come on guys, be transparent, this is how you do business? That's why you haven't grown yet in last so many years.

Saqib is Always very rude whenever I go, but I will stop buying anything there now.

Brother Shah, please train Saqib for how to deal with customer and what customer service should be like.

They care about the meat quality and treat You as Family . You can call in to order cuts of meat order or just pop inn . Always friendly atmosphere always clean always dedicated .

I am sorry but the meat in this store doesn’t look fresh at all, I’ve bought from them before and it wasn’t a good experience and I went again now because they were on my way home where I was coming from, but I couldn’t buy because the meat looked old and dry!!

I’ve been going to Shah’s since they opened, Shah is a knowledgeable and kind butcher. His staff could improve their knowledge but most have been there a short while. Anyone commenting that the meat isn’t fresh has no idea what they’re talking about and should probably stick to buying meat at a grocery story that comes wrapped and with moisture content pads

Price is bit higher, staffs are not professional enough and didn't like the meat. They play on the weight and charge you higher. Not recommended at all. Thought of trying something near my house and realised its not worth going there

Avoid this scam of a place that upcharges their customers when they are not paying attention. Extremely rude and unapolegitc.

Quality of meat is not good and very unhygienic.

Avoid this place at all cost! They should be reported to Better business beaureau

My partner used to live in Oakville and he ate from this butcher shop as often as he could bc it was the best meat and the best customer service. Now we moved and we still make the trip to visit whenever we’re in town. He was so excited he almost cried the last time he went ?. 12/10.
