I recently purchased several herbs from Shanti Tea, including ashwagandha, milk thistle, chicory root, and turmeric root, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience.

I just received my first order from this company. And I am so impressed with the service they provide. My tea was delivered in two days by UPS for free. The quality of the herbs and tea I ordered is exceptionally good and I have a very good knowledge about this. My purchase was very well packed and every bag with the product had a brief info about its' usage though they have a very informative description on their site. I will definitely become their regular customer. I am very happy I found this company and I like that it is Canadian one. Highly recommended!
Update: I ordered my second purchase from Shanti Tea on August 16th. It was delivered on August 18th. Wow! Everything is very well packed. Before ordering I requested some additional information. I got reply within 24 hours and lab test results were provided. I am really impressed and I will be definitely their regular customer for years as I drink a lot of herbal teas. Thank you so much!

I was looking for brahmi tea which isn't easy to find. Shanti tea had it and it was super easy to order and very well priced, cheapest compared to anything I found online. Ready for pick up the very next day. Pick up was easy they have it right when you walk in and you don't have to wait for anyone to come to service you.

I found this company randomly. I live in Toronto and had a hard time finding good quality black tea for a fair price. I am so impressed with the strong assam tea and other black teas that I tried. Will definitely be a regular customer. My father in law lives in Ottawa so I will visit this company in person when we go to visit him.

The lost art of customer service. Heard about the benefits of Mullein tea and thought I will try to buy locally instead of via Amazon. Found Shanti Tea online and the tea I was looking for. Saw on their site when they were open and drove over. Great. Upon arrival I was told you can only pick up your order here - can't purchase it. Oh - I didn't notice that information online. Was told. 'Oh yeah it's pretty clear.' Really? ( I went back to their site. Couldn't find those instructions anywhere.) So I said no problem I will make the transaction on my phone. Can I do that and pick it up now? 'We don't usually do that.' So you have done it- but you will not do that for me? Hmmm. So I left and thought what a wasted opportunity to add a new dedicated tea drinking customer by simply helping them through their first transaction. Instead I am being shunted away to Amazon to buy my tea. Oh well.

Ordered some Mullein tea for my better half she had a chronic cough that developed during December both of us were very sick for a few weeks didn't appear to be COVID based on tests. And after lots of sleepless nights and trying everything under the sun I wanted to look for a more natural approach to help her with the cough. We have a very high quality air purifier and a Dyson humidifier which uses UV light to clean the distilled water we buy .. it's safe to say that I go to extreme lengths to enjoy my bedroom and my air. But nothing was really working. Now I can't say for sure the tea helped but it seems like it did but then my stubborn lazy lady whom I love more than myself stopped taking it so it's hard to be sure but many studies have shown that it's a powerful tool in a person's arsenal to help with respiratory issues. When I placed my order they had a section for notes and I asked them if they had any other teas that could help with a stubborn cough because I would like to buy some and instead of giving me advice they did the most amazing thing they just sent me a small bag of something called REMEDY. Very nice of you thank you very much for answering my questions with an actionable response very warm of you. I will buy other teas from you over the years I don't drink a lot of tea but I love telling people about these types of experiences. In fact I already told a few people.

The reason why I am giving a 1 star to this company... is because this company has no regard when it comes to people's health and well being. I had bought tea from this company several times and have had no issue.... last week I had bought Oatstraw from the company and ended up getting an allergic reaction and intestinal problems the second time I had taken the tea... the first time was just hives...wich undoubtedly I lost a days pay because I could not leaf my home. I am not allergic to oats because I eat them on a regular basis.... it is something in the tea,, or maybe the way it was handled I don't know.... but this company would not give me a refund. No worries though... I will be going somewhere else to get my tea.
