I discovered these in Longo’s looking for a healthy snack. The ingredient list was clean and the macros looked great but I was not expecting it to actually taste good. I was pleasantly surprised with taste and texture. Chocolate Wonder is my favorite and is a staple on my weekly grocery list!

I've been following these delicious, super nutrient rich squares around Toronto for quite a while. Lately I've been sure to have them available for my spouse on chemo days. This week I was surprised to find my go to store had none available! I called Sher Produce in a panic to locate another supplier. Tim went above and beyond my expectations by dropping by my house with a supply of the squares so I could include with supplies for chemo the next day. If you know anyone in cancer treatment, tell them about these squares! Many thanks Tim

These squares are a wonderful way to add real nutrition to each day. My husband takes 2 to work each day for snack at breaks. He has been doing this for few years and loves them! Sometimes
I like to have one for breakfast with my coffee.
They are filling and so moist and chewy. All the flavours are great. We especially love the chocolate and the lemon.
They are apart of our daily life. Thank you Sher Produce!

I'm new to Sher Squares as I just picked up my first boxes a week ago. They are amazingly delicious, moist, healthy and come in a variety of flavours. What a way to get your fruits and veggies in -- in a dessert. But not just a dessert. Oh no!! It can be a snack, a quick breakie if you're on the run, or that mid-night snack craving! We know we all have 'em.
I was also just diagnosed with Type 2 so these squares are within my allowance of carbs and sugar.
Just wonderful. I'm so happy I found them. Oh, and great customer service too!!!

I have been buying their products twice a week for the past two years and only had one issue with the freshness of the product once. But I was met with one that had plastic inside of the square. Unfortunately I’ve lost trust in this product. It’s a seal you’d pull off of a carton of milk.

Amazingly clean ingredients, a wholesome snack that is not filled with a ton of random additives and actually tastes delicious. Not too sweet and great texture from the shredded fruit. Fluffy, moist, good muffin-like texture. Both the lemon and cherry flavours were great, will be trying the others.

Excellent replacement for your morning pastry or protein bar. Sher squares have become a staple in my weekly grocery shop and would recommend to anyone seeking a healthy snacking alternative. 40g of healthy protein for a very very competitive price point.
