What I liked:
- Great fertilizer. My lawn really flourished after I applied organic fertilizer that I purchased from this store. The fertilizer was insanely expensive (Home Hardware no longer stocks it), but it was worth the cost given the results.

What could be improved:
- Customer service. I found calling this store to order a product very challenging as I couldn't get an update on the product's order status though they kept saying that they would call me back ("I will order it and call you tomorrow to confirm" "I will talk to so-and-so to ask about the status and call you back"). Was it ever ordered? Who knows. After seven weeks, I gave up and ended up calling a Home Hardware in another province. That store offered to order the item for me and have it ready for pickup within one week but we hit a snag as the product needed to be picked up in-person and they could not ship it to me in Alberta. They did provide me with suggestions about how else I could order the product, which was appreciated.

This store is a must-visit gem in Sherwood Park! Their shelves are packed with a huge selection of stuff, featuring all the latest trendy brands. And they have a INSANE variety of products.

I initially went in to buy a new drill but ended up leaving with way more, a Yeti cooler, a Yeti mug, a ton of stuff for my dog, wild spices for my smoker, and an amazing deal on high quality diablo drill bits!

Bravo to whoever picks the inventory here they absolutely nailed it 👏

Handicap Parking stalls. Automatic Door opens. Staff friendly and helpful. Store carries a lot of merchandise. I like spending time looking through almost everything. They tend to carry different things that other stores don't. Isles are narrow - only 1 cart can just fit down and no one can fit beside. This store carries everything you can imagine. Bbq supplies, paint for everything, housewares, lumber, garden accessories and so much more. 👍👍

Great deal on 12x946ml canning jars for 11.97. Called before hand and was able to check with the store for product availability, awesome! Product was there when I got there. Staff went above and beyond to grab extra stock from the back and help me not only bring it to the till but also put to my car. Great service and prices!

Always a great experience when we go there. Staff are so friendly and the store always seems peaceful! So different than the big box stores. I go here at least once a week.

Usually my experiences with staff at this store have been excellent. On duty manager at the pro desk today not so much. I bought weiser lock sets there. My mistake was not knowing how weiser has 3 different versions of its lock sets and I needed the oldest version which I guess is no longer sold in stores. So after paying to have the lock sets rekeyed to one key at a locksmith store I found out they wouldn’t work in my 5 inch offsets that are designed for old old weiser. Manager would not take the lock sets back I guess because they don’t have a discount table? - it’s not as if it was an unsellable item. Too bad I really liked this store
