The Carbon Bar delivers top-notch food at a fantastic price point.

After visiting the restaurant in-person I was thrilled to find out that they also offered online shopping for many of their popular dinner entrees.

Placing an order online was incredibly easy. Deliveries are done geographically to a wide area and the site asks for your postal code to determine availability as well as delivery day. Adding items to the cart is simple and straightforward. A great feature of the site is an indicator of how many of a particular item are currently available, removing the guesswork for the customer.

Checkout online was simple and delivery and order were confirmed instantly.

The packaging for shipment was outstanding. Food items like pulled pork, pulled chicken, smoked turkey etc. are fully cooked, frozen and vacuum sealed for maximum freshness. They are also packaged fairly flat, so you can fit more of it in your freezer! Items like mac and cheese are packaged in tinfoil tins and then placed inside a Ziploc bag. The box for shipping was insulated and there was a very large ice pack in the box to keep everything frozen. It was somewhat warm on our delivery day and all of the items were still frozen upon opening.

Communication about my order was seamless. Kimberley is responsive and proactive during all steps in the process.

Run, don't walk, to order freezer-ready items from The Carbon Bar! We will definitely be ordering again in the future (and maybe delivery to Ottawa can be added so I can send food directly to my university student!).

I’ve been ordering from this online store frequently and the experience is always top-notch. The brisket and turkey burgers are a must-try, and we can’t get enough of their steak spice and espresso BBQ sauce. Great quality, fast delivery, and excellent service every time.
