I saw their ads on facebook and it looked good! I wanted to have the paneer mini samosas.. was told there is none.. it was a busy weekend and they need to make some.. will be ready tomorrow .. ok so I ordered the mini potato and peas ones.. disappointing to say the least .. they are called potato and peas yet I couldn’t find any peas .. all potato with red chili powder and secondly they weren’t even stuffed with filling. The samosa was just under half empty (photo below). I tried several and that was the case with each unfortunately.. I am used to eating samosas from golden samosa and those samosas are stuffed .. yes they cost 95 cents each but at least you get samosas that are worth what you pay for! Stuffed with filling of potatoes and lots of peas. Sorry to say but I won’t be going back to Shubh Food Factory again. I don’t work for Golden or anything but I am a regular there so that’s all I have to compare then to 😊

I ordered 10 samosa and 1 bread pakora from shubh food factory and they are really taste less and even the bread pakora is that much hard that a normal people can’t eat its fully over cooked and hard even not an animal will eat it you can easily see it in the picture. There are service is really firstly the girl was taking our order and our order was in half and we were just discussing about sauces and she moved to another customer and ignored us and then didn’t attend us for atleast 7 to 10 mins and then after that she gave us 15 mins and gave us order in 30 mins. I will never recommend this food factory to anyone.

I used to order from them many times and today’a order. The packaging was different not that it matters but what matters is what’s inside the package. Bhature were undercooked, tiny bit of achaar and yellow onions( it used to be red onions not a big deal tho) but undercooked bhature was ridiculous. Not to mention the too much salt
Looking at this food I can tell this order was all rushed. I used to love ordering chhole bhature from you guys but this was very disappointing.

Ordered gobi paratha. Never eaten such oily parathas. Oil was dripping. Could not eat at all. Had throw them

I've gone there 5 times and I don't think I'm going again and wouldn't recommend going if you're not indian. I've been over charged every single time.... and every single time I've gotten given different things than I've ordered. ESPECIALLY WITH SAMOSAS. Every time I order the paneer samosas they either sneak in 40% potatoe samosas ORRRR they literally have NOTHING inside them. My second time there they charged me for 15 paneer samosas and gave me potatoe one instead..... I have pictures and videos of the receipts. If there's one thing they're consistent at, it's profiling and I don't approve of it. I guess a 1 star review is a fair trade if you don't have the decency / courteousy to treat all customers the same.

Ordered food, which was not bad. When I got home and checked the bill I was suprised that charged an undisclosed service fee. This is strictly a takeout place and if they are going to charge a service fee it needs to be disclosed so one adjusts the tip. The amount is not much... its the principle.
