I bought over $800 worth of product and I had a couple different questions for the lady working at the front but she was very sour and not friendly. It was extremely disappointing and hard for me to even buy their products because of how aggravated she was towards me but their products are nice so I still bought them.

Sold the plant I paid for!!!
We went in and picked a plant but needed two of the same plants. They looked at their inventory and agreed they had enough stock to make the other exact plant so we put a $370 deposit equivalent to the plant we picked out.
The owner called during the week and left me a msg informing me that they couldn’t make the other plant. I replied to the msg indicating we would be in next weekend to look at options. When we arrive we were met with a woman on the floor with an unpleasant attitude stating she knew nothing about the order. She called the owner who was off that day who told me on the phone that they sold the plant - the plant that we already put money down for!!!
Of course we were upset and when confronting the woman again we were met with the same snippy, unapologetic sour attitude.
It is completely unacceptable to accept someone’s money and sell the plant they had a deposit on and then to receive attitude after.
Unfortunately we will never be returning again and encourage others to be beware before considering buying from Silk and Plant.

I was helped by Steve today who ensured that I found the perfect plant from their great selection. He even bundled it up so that I could take it on the TTC. It was worth the trip from downtown Toronto. I love how it looks in my condo. I appreciated the terrific service.

Drove from London, your place is amazing, was looking for hanging plant, but found better just branches, and they were on sale...worth the drive, will be back. Do you ship?

Purchased two large indoor plants for our reception area to complete our renovation and refurnishing project. We also purchased some smaller plants and other items for other areas of the clinic. The products are stunningly beautiful and realistic. The stuff at homesense doesn't come close. The staff were very helpful in wrapping up our purchases and assisting us with loading everything into the car. We've received several compliments on the plants in only two days and lots of inquiries about where to buy them!

This store is very nice. There are some very beautiful plants and flowers here that look very real. The prices are a little on the expensive side though I do have to say the items look high quality. They do have some good deals, I got 3 little succulents for $13.50 + tax which I was thrilled with. Besides the prices, I can only give this place three stars because the customer service was not great. We spoke with someone, then got left at cash for about 15 mins. I thought they were going to get items to help us only to realize they were doing something else. We were the only customers in the store so this was quite disappointing.

They have some of the best artificial plants on Canada, you can't compare the quality with the regular store, the service at the store is excellent, they have designers available on Monday should you wish to bounce ideas for even a quick help.
