This place is great! I always trust Silver Birch kennels to take care of our beloved cat and they always do, without fail. Their facilities are clean, well priced and offer plenty of comfortable space for your cat. I have always found the staff there welcoming, professional and informative. We often request the same run / space for our car and it’s never too much trouble. Cass would always take good care of our kitty when she’s there and we really do appreciate her! I would recommend Silver Birch to anyone who is looking to leave their pet in good hands while they are away. Hard to find better, thank you to all at Silver Birch!

Very happy with their level of care. Excellent cleanliness. They'll let the dogs roam around and play and send you your pet's videos.

Only downside is that each dog's individual space isn't large, but for the price I think this kennel provides fantastic value.

We had the chance to use their service over a long weekend.
It was okay.
When we went there, there was no one to receive our dog. Didn’t speak english and it was the same case for pick-up.
Not the best experience.

We left my dog Buster last Christmas for 2 weeks. We totally felt the great vibe in the place and my dog had absolutely great time there.

I've been boarding my two dogs with Silver Birch since 2008 or 2009, and they love going there. One was adopted from an animal rescue and the other is just needy, so knowing they're excited and happy to be there speaks volumes 🙂 The staff are fantastic and seem to know their regulars. They're strict about vaccinations, and I appreciate that. They are very reasonably priced. I can leave my dogs in their care and relax while away because I know that they're getting lots of playtime and attention.

I’ve been with my friend when she drops off her Lab pup and it is amazing. Her dog gets so excited when she gets there. Great staff and it’s very clean.
