I really like and enjoy coming to The Silver Buckle. The first time I went there with my friend, I ate the cheese burger it was cooked to perfection. He tried the steak sandwich and it was delicious!
Today, I went there around 11 a.m., with my friend again to eat. I tried the fish and chips so yummy. The best fish ever! My friend ordered the cheese burger. It was very, very good. Scrumptious.
Our best compliments to the chefs Joe and Chantel. The food is definitely a 10+/10.
Every time we stay in Medicine Hat, we always love going to Silver Buckle.
Thank you kindly to our server and to the chefs 👩‍🍳 👨‍🍳 and management for your wonderful hospitality. I definitely recommend Silver Buckle.
I will be back next time I travel through or if I am staying the night.

It's amazing here, and the steak sandwich is priced like it's the early 2000s and they always cook it right and I love this bar. What a gem. Also it's haunted house time and the haunted house is so worth it, they totally do it up, and it was way longer than I expected. So good!

Enjoyed a very fine lunch here with friends. A couple steak sandwiches "best in town" according to my local friend & I tend to agree with him on this point. She ordered the Chicken Caesar Salad. A bucket of Corona's for us & a Caesar for her paired nicely with our deliciously full entrees. Waitress Janae is awesome👌. We shall return should the opportunity present itself.

Recently went there for a company Christmas party. For some reason, they sat 3 separate parties at the same time. Our table of 20 waited an hour for our food to arrive, which was mediocre at best. Half of us had to send our food back because it was incorrect. I ordered the fish and chips, one fish was perfectly golden while the other fish was nearly burnt. Another woman ordered the steak sandwich (well done) and had to send it back 3 times as her plate was swimming in blood. She eventually gave up and didn't eat at all. The guys who got the burgers said they were "meh". The staff/servers were very nice, very accommodating but clearly embarrassed by the food they had to serve. They did their best but sadly it was not a great experience, I would not recommend.

What a wonderful surprise. It's a really quaint place to have a meal with a friend. We both ordered steak sandwiches, which is about a 4 or 6 oz. Sorry, I was never good with that sort of thing, with a piece of garlic bread.
And my salad was lovely with their raspberry house dressing. Yummy!
My friend ordered fries.
It was a nice steak, but not a sandwich. Things are different here. 😊

The steak sandwich was $6.99 and you have to order a drink, water is $3.00 but still an Incredible deal. I have a small jug of iced tea, my salad, all came to around $14.00.

Came here for a dj night, the bartender Rain or Rayna was very sweet and gave great service even with it being very busy. The dancing was fun and the bouncers are really attentive and and you can tell they’re looking out for you! Definitely would come back.

So while the service was great. Nearly dying via food poisoning wasn’t on my 2024 bingo card. I have had covid thrice and would rather the three times of Covid again over how sick I got from eating here.
