I was looking for a product that was on back order and the owner did a assessment of me by asking me my name. She waved her hands over about 8 products and felt the energy of this one product was good for me. $35 later I was out with a useless product that did nothing for me.
This week they called to say the back ordered product was in. When I came in the owner and co worked made fun of the affect that I wouldn't know what I would want without a note from my wife explaining what I was looking for. Totally uncalled for. I'll never go back. Terrible treatment of a customer.

Always good service and the best product for my needs. When I am not sure of the correct product to take, there is always knowledgable staff "right there" to direct me. I like the fact that I am in and out fast. Or order ahead and it is ready. Remember this is a health food store ( not Walmart ) they have a higher standard to keep all the products pure. Wear a Mask ( exempt or not ) sanitize your hands and use a card to pay. Have a great Day, Even if you had other plans.

When I walked in the door, I felt like I was intruding. No other customers were in the store at the time. One employee behind a desk was on the phone and continued on the phone during my whole visit.
An older lady , who was in the back working, came out to assist me and it was as if I was a distraction from her work that she had to talk to me. I wanted a one-a-day vitamin. Something that I could take once a day to ensure me of necessary daily vitamin intake for my health.
Throughout this exhausting time she made me feel rushed in any decision I made to purchase. Meanwhile, the other lady stayed on the phone; and it was not business she was talking. I ended up leaving with a product that I have to take 3 times a day. Not what I wanted.
Not going there anymore. They obviously are making way too much money and don’t need mine.
With the strength of competitive business out there, you would think that retailers would be trying to give you something more than just the product you seek... something that costs nothing... a smile, attentiveness, interest... some sign of appreciation that would make you want to come back! You won’t find that here. So sad.

Big disappointment! They didn’t even let me in, I have medical exemptions and can’t wear a mask. I was “kindly” kicked off the store, even though I was the only one in there.
I try to support local businesses in this difficult times but looks like the owner of this store doesn’t care about customers.
I wonder what is “natural” about this store if they have zero trust in natural immunity.
