The guys in there are very friendly let u taste anything you want. All taste absolutely amazing. Ended up walking out with a full flat. 2 days later ordered 6 bottles of syrup they make the flavours for u if not already done. The Arnold palmer is to die for will be back very soon for another order 10 out of 10 weither u have a soda stream or just carbonated cans of water perfect mixer.
Just to add on they just hooked me up with a 20lbs tank of co2 changed the game.

When I went in the owners were super helpful and friendly. I need zero surgar syrups for my water and was not only shown the zero sugar syrups but also able to sample them. I love the fact they are local and taste better than other zero surgar syrups I have tried. Hands down a must buy for anyone looking to add great flavors to their lives.

Dave and Gerry are walking examples of business owners that go above and beyond for customers. We purchased a mobile bar and built a mobile bar and both needed some fine tuning to make sure our drinks were pouring perfectly for events. Everything is absolutely dialed to serve premium cocktails and beer. Dave took the time to show us how to keep our taps crystal clear and clean which was high on the priority list. If you are looking to make some tasty beverages check out the store. They have every type of mix imaginable to make whatever you can imagine. We are blessed to have these guys in our corner and they are pretty rad dudes on a personal level.

Random walk in today during a dog walk - Gerry was LOVELY. Let us bring the pup in and encouraged us to try anything. Very knowledgeable, but low pressure environment. Walked away with some new syrups, alcohol free spirits and even some wine to try. Thanks for a great experience!

Excellent products and great service. I buy the syrups to use with my soda stream, or to add to coffees and hot drinks. Everything I've tried has been really good. They also sell individual drinks, in lots of really cool flavours.

I came across this business through another local business! My favorite hang out place is Buffalo Rouge and they make some excellent Caesars! xo I had asked where they get this unique clamato juice. I was told where they are and on my next trip downtown, I was stopping in at Simps Modern Beverage to see what they have to offer!

Wow, my mind was totally blown away! xo The selections of just about everything tasty that you could want was sitting proudly on their shelves and tucked away in coolers. After my mind blowing experience, 3 very kind gentlemen had welcomed me to their shop! Thank you Dave, Gerry and Jay! What a welcome I got and I felt like I have been shopping there for years!

I picked up the clamato juice I was told about, but I went one step further and bought the Siracha Caesar mix! I was really excited to try this out as I was having some company for dinner that evening! Well, my guests were delighted with the flavor and zip that this drink had! My hats off to you all xo

Now it seems like I can't get enough of this local establishment and keep going back to try more and more new things. Delicious Lion's Mane coffee, Focus Blend supplement, syrups galore, old fashion strawberry shortcake soda and so much more!!
