I just about booked a day off work to drive to the city for ceramic tiles. Thought I would stop in at Home Hardware OS.
Wowzer. Ashlee in the flooring building was fantastic. So impressed. I bought flooring for an additional room as well. Great service.

I love this store, they have the best displays ever. Right when you walk in and to your right is the home decor section and it's always my first stop. The clocks are awesome and I bought one and it's beautiful. The staff are always helpful and willing to go above and beyond to help you find everything you need. The best Home Hardware store around!

Nice! I have been in a lot of Home Hardware Stores and this is my favourite! They did not have the Omega Alpha pet supplements that I was looking for but they do have a wonderful selection of home decor as well as the usual home and building project materials. Karla that works there was very knowledgeable and helpful, Great staff... ?

I recently brought in a defective item that I purchased back in the fall without the receipt or the box that it came in. I didn't think that there was any hope of getting a refund because of my negligence with the receipt, though at the very least, I wanted to give them my feedback on the product. To my grateful surprise, the gentlemen at customer service went above and beyond to remedy this for me by locating the record of purchase on their computer system, which allowed me to return the item and be refunded.

I highly recommend this store, not only for the selection they offer, but for the excellent customer service. In addition, Home Hardware is proudly Canadian, unlike some of the other big name home improvement/hardware stores.
