Ladies at cash were very helpful , the deli has an issue with there food at 11:45 am and serving food fro. The previous day. I specifically asked if the food was fresh and was told it was cooked that day and was why she was sweating so much( her words ) anyways when I was eating it , it clearly was NOT cooked fresh the chicken was dehydrated as well as the potatoes . The reason I asked if it was cooked that day was because this has not been the first time it has happened at this location . I will not purchase from the hot food deli here again .

Sobeys Port Colborne IS PRICE GOUGING.Your scales need to be Calibrated properly so when you get to the cashier your customers aren't paying dollars more that what was printed on the sticker price....
YOU ARE CHARGING MEAT PRICING FOR THE PAPER WRAPPING AFTER THE BUTCHER WEIGHED IT.

Produce here is the worst in town. I am confident the apples are pre-frozen. For the price these fruits should be top notch. Pretty bad that the value grocery stores have better quality. Also, why is the milk always close to expiry? I can get milk at a competitor for less and the BB date is a week or more past the BB dates at this store. If I didn't rely on the deli here I would never return.

You've gone too far with "shrinkflation" ! The panini buns are half the size for a huge price and you can't even fit a hotdog on one ! Six tiny buns for $4.69, come on !!!!

Poor quality control, I bought cookies only to bring them home and find mold on them , would return but not worth the hassle for the distance. As well as a couple months ago I bought compliments pre made pizza dough and open the package the same day and found mold spots (I did return that for my money back) since happening twice now, I'll think twice before shopping there. This is unacceptable
