I was in a bit of a time crunch with four rescue puppies and they got us in so fast. Answered all my questions. And were so kind to deal with.

Phoned every vet in the area, and all were not accepting new clients and/or willing to care for our dog in an emergent situation. Dr. Adams and her team were able to immediately help our dog and perform surgery. Our dog is now well and active again. Very caring and professional team!

We recently got a kitten, after calling every vet in Brandon and finding out NONE are accepting new clients and won’t be for months I called and within 15 minutes I was registered and scheduled to get her first vaccines and a check up two weeks later. I called again yesterday because I started panicking about something I called and immediately got answers from the vet about whether I should be concerned or not. My friends who deal with wheat city have to wait a MINIMUM of a month to get an appointment and when they call to ask questions about a concern they have get no help. I’m so thankful for a vet clinic that cares and is always willing to help even if it’s just answering questions.

Had 10 pups booked for the first shots 6 weeks in advance. Showed up to the appointment just to be turned away because "they aint taking new clients". A call would've been nice. Now im stuck looking for a new vet at the last minute because they couldn't notify me.

Took my cat for a nueter which was quoted at 140-150, they said he had ear mites so that med was $34. How the heck did I end up paying over $240? The care given to the pet was great on a lighter note.
