5hrs sitting in a room, in pain and freezing. Told Not a long wait. Not checked in on us one time. Nurses kept walking by saying how cold it is but not one offer to help us stay warm. Another patient found blankets and helped us. I could be dead in the room and they wouldn't know or care here

Minimum 8-10 hour wait every single time we've used this hospital.Its rundown and filthy dirty,we counted 4 live beetles in our room,possibly coming out of the hole in the wall.
A few miserable nurses that dont grasp bed side manners what so ever.
This hospital is always freezing cold, in all seasons!
Do yourself a favour and drive the half hour more to another local hospital, it will save you hours of waiting.

I love this hospital very very much. Been admitted here once overnight for my first time ever, three days. It was an enjoyable time :). Im back currently witu concerns over my recent brain surgery. They are again setting the bar at the sky. Everyone who I have ever met who works here should be proud of themselves. I love you guys! You saved my life. You also saved my dads life. Nothing but respect and love to you all from hopefully your favorite epileptic haha. Well maybe ex if the surgery worked. This hospital is a cut above some of the others around Ontario I have found myself in.

The staff are an amazing group that really care for their patients. I had an unexpected extended visit recently, and even though our health care system could be better they made the best out of it. If you end up waiting longer then expected in emerge, there’s likely someone else behind the scenes that is more urgent.

I arrived here this morning and was able to be seen within 30 and immediately taken to a room where l saw the dr within the hour. I was treated very well by everyone I came in contact with Overall I was there about 6 hours but I was kept comfortable and warm and more importantly informed for the whole time. Thank you team

This hospital is a joke. I literally only come here for emergency situations or because this hospital is closer than Goderich. What a mistake. It is better to go all the way to Goderich which is an hour extra drive to get help. The receptionist are rude and unhelpful in every aspect. The volunteers were more helpful than any actual staff. DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE FOR ANYTHING, and I mean anything. It’s like pulling teeth trying to get your health looked at by anyone there.
The Doctors are decent, but to get to them seems nearly impossible.
After the fact. Went to Goderich and was diagnosed with a bartholin cyst, had to have surgery on Saturday to drain it, and will never go back to Kincardine Hospital.

We spent around 2.5 hours at the hospital, but all the staff were amazing. Yes it was a waiting time for the doctor, and X-ray in our situation, but, everyone was aware that we were waiting, and tried to make sure there was less waiting time as much as possible. We are very thankful for the professional staff.
