The worst vet experience I've ever had. I spent thousands of dollars just for them to misdiagnose my dog and have to put him down. When I went for the euthanasia appointment I had asked if I could pay beforehand as it's a heartbreaking experience and he said "No, we don't know how much medication will be needed so you can't pay first." Excuse me? How do you not KNOW how much to use to put my dog down?! And then when he was gone they just stared at me while I stood there sobbing and didn't tell me where I could go or where to pay so I could leave. Overall it was a traumatic 3 month experience with them and he shouldn't be in animal care.

Horrible service. My mother tried 4 times in the last week to get her sick animal in and each time the receptionist gave an excuse - they couldn't take the animal as an emergency, or the wouldn't allow for her to make an appointment. my mother now has to travel across the island to bring her animal to different vet. its insanity and absolutely absurd. These animals are people's FAMILY! stop being worried about the almighty dollar, and start being worried about the wellbeing of your regular costumers. shameful.

Dr. Harding is amazing. I am so grateful for the care and compassion he puts into his patients. Thoroughly explained everything I needed to know. So glad I have access to a vet that goes above and beyond for his patients. Four paws up! ❤️
