Chris and Amity took great care of Yoshi . Had lots if room to run in a kennel beside other dogs. Yoshi had an accident in his pen they cleaned his pillow and blanket . I like the way they introduced themselves to my dog ?. Relieves a bit of the pressure on him. They made sure he had his food morning and afternoon . We will use them again.

We loved this place for both its check-in and for the amazing time our dogs appear to have had. The owners and staff are fantastic people who really care about the dogs under their care. We will definitely be coming back when we are in the area. Our dogs Boomer and Stella had a great time!!!!

Sunshine and Jazz just spent a week here. Chris was very attentive and cared about my cats experience while they were there. This made me feel comfortable leaving them there. Kennels were neat and clean and had interesting things for my cats to do.Both cats were relaxed and happy when I picked them up. Chris was very pleasant and gave me some nice details about their stay. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

This is a fantastic place to leave your pets for a long stay! We brought our 2 dogs and 1 cat to Springwater for a 4 week stay. The dogs were excited when we arrived and started playing right away. We felt really guilty about leaving them for so long but the new owners made us feel confident that they would be well looked after, and of course they were! With Facebook and Instagram updates we could see how much fun they were having, a vacation of their own. When we returned, through the conversation with the new owners you could tell they took the time to get to know our pets and seeing the response of the dogs & cat with them and the affection our pets had towards them you knew that they had spent a lot of time with them. They even let our cat play with their 2 year old son!! I am so happy that we left our pets with the new owners! They are fantastic people who truly love animals and treated our pets as their own!

I have not had the pleasure of boarding my babies here. However, I wanted to write this review based on the professionalism and honesty of the owners. I know that because of this I will use them in the future for sure. Their honesty was very refreshing. They were more concerned about the happiness of my babies than their financial gain. They even recommended an alternative for my cat. I look forward to boarding care with them in the future if and when we need to. Thank you again for being so professional, honest and responding in less than 24 hours.

Our cat Pebble received an exceptional care while boarded at Springwater Pet Resort. He was in good health and high spirits when I picked him up after more than 2 weeks. What a relief! They take the cats out of their spacious cages and let them run around for some time every day. Pebble even made a friend! Thank you Chris & Amity!!!

Pleased this kennel is under new management. The new people are terrific and obviously care a lot about the animals. My dog and I were treated like family when we arrived and had a great tour of the facility. Zoey my Great Dane is rather shy of people and other dogs, but Chris (one of the owners) soon had her mixing in with all of the other pups who were boarding there and she obviously was having a great time especially with all of the land for the dogs to run. Quality boarding and lots of loving care. Would really recommend this kennel to anyone.

My dog Dale had his first kennel experience at Springwater this weekend. We were so pleased with Chris' patience and care for Dale. He was happy to answer all our questions and happily gave me updates about his stay. I highly recommend Springwater.
