You walk in and feel the perfect peaceful, relaxing vibes, that immediately feels like therapy 🙂‍↔️

You can be confident in their 100% vegan food that ACTUALLY tastes good too!

They have nailed the recipes, even down to their drinks 👌🏼

Not to mention their micro-shop that sells everything you’d ever desire and wish for your health and body! From bread, homemade granola, speciality items, vitamins and supplements, to even fun foods. It has it all.

Even if I’m not in the local area, I will drive over two hours just to stop in. It’s well worth it!!

Make sure to go when you’re hungry because I promise you, you’ll want to try it all 🤭😉

I love this place from when this opened and have enjoyed picking up Spinach Feta buns at the counter. I got Chocolate chip cookies yesterday and it was delicious for the price …! Sorry no photo before starting to eating them. My gift to bring when I need healthier choices. I also love the discounted Silver Hills bread section, totally edible as ever. If you’re into baking you will like their bulk bags of ingredient choices.

Beautifully well kept. Modern store. Has seating area to enjoy some delicious variety of baked goods. Some gluten-free and vegan options. Small grocery store with frozen food section. Lots of gluten-free options and vegan. Can be a bit pricey for some items. I like buying my gluten-free bread and buns here.

First time visiting - wow, food is delicious! Tried the classic pizza - it was amazing and all four of my kids loved it! Also had lots of treats including the sugar cookie, s'mores cookie and the hazelnut chocolate glazed donuts - all were amazing. We also tried the cucumber dill vegan cream cheese bagel and the grilled vegetable pesto panini, so tasty! The space was bright and clean with lots of vegan and gluten free grocery options as well. There is also a washroom and indoor seating to enjoy your treats.

I ordered cake from them and I told the employee that please do not make too sweet cake, and the cake was for my husband’s first birthday after marriage.When I ordered with them they said our cakes are not too sweet even though the icing is not sweet. When we cut the cake at home, it was the worst cake and that cake runined my mood, my husband mood. That cake spoiled his big day, and I spent $40 on that worst Cake. We can get better cake from Walmart then buying from this bakery.
Dont order from them again.

I have been coming here for 3 years now. Plenty of options for vegetarians and vegans especially. Atmosphere is great and the staff is always very welcoming. Also, I have been doing grocery here for a long time now. I love how they have plenty pf options for my dietery restrictions.

I absolutely love Sprouted Oven!! Being someone with Celiac Disease, I feel like a kid in a candy shop when I come here! The staff is so welcoming and sweet. They have so many different grocery items and I enjoy walking around and seeing new items being sold. But the best part are their baked goods!! When I tell you, they make the best gluten free items I have ever had, I mean it. I still need to try their fresh pizza and sandwiches but I already know they will be amazing!! I just visited today and got my classics! If you go, try their gluten free Chocolate Zucchini muffin!! It is mouthwatering!! Go visit if you haven't already!! I drive all the way from Aldergrove to come here!! I love it!
