If you need something you can get on your own, you're good. The blond lady at the front is always helpful and welcoming. . . But heaven forbid you need to order tin or something from the yard and need a manager's help, he'll walk past you multiple times, help 3 other people who came in after you and straight up ignore you while you wait with your arms full, for over half an hour. He was also told 2x we were there. We eventually walked out, empty handed and nothing ordered due to be treated like we were invisible. Sorry to have disrupted your work day, sir.

Stopped in here to grab something and they tell me I need to have an account with them to purchase… say what? Ok I’ll get it off Amazon! Thanks for wasting my time! Just to note I purchased what I was getting from a different UFA that I didn’t have an account with!

⛽️ Fueling up at UFA in Spruce Grove is like hitting the jackpot! Clean pumps, stocked with fuel and washer fluid, and those squeegees actually work! Tuber Towing gives them five stars without hesitation. Check out Freida the 50-tonne freight in her filth as she enjoys a pit stop at Speuce UFA!

I recently purchased 3 bags of cattle feed, unfortunately when I got home and opened the bags, they were all water damaged and fully Rotten. I phoned the next day and asked if I could get a credit because I live over one hour away each direction . They did offer a refund if I brought the bags back for them to see, but unfortunately for me my fuel and time would have costed three time the price of the grain. The manager said that there are too many dishonest people that they have to actually see the product before they can refund.

I understand their position and can’t blame them, however I’m still out $60 to $70 dollars.

The staff was polite and the service was good 😂

I was at this location a few weeks ago, Spruce Grove, The best part of my visit was dealing with the young lady behind the counter. Sam provided the best customer service that I have seen in a long time. She was very personable and I think a very important part of team UFA. Thank you Sam it was a pleasure dealing with you.

Awesome customer service. Fast and friendly when I called. Then I showed up a couple hours lady and the lady remembered me and what I was looking for. Walking me brought the store helping me get everything that I needed. Provided a great price for my school which was greatly appreciated.

Unbelievable how easy it was for this none farm dude to be talked to in such a way that the guy at the UFA that was serving me didn't show me up as stupid. I went in with a picture I found online of something I was buying for a friend who's into raising hobby chickens, and came out the exact items I needed! I have no idea why, but I'll be back!! That was fantastic customer service.
