Our backyard was a veritable mud pit. Every season, any precipitation, our dogs left the house clean and entered filthy. Eric was patient as we worked through options within our budget. We ended up with a better layout and easier maintenance. The artificial grass feels good on our bare feet and is beautiful looking! The dogs don’t seem to notice the difference, and it’s extremely easy to clean up and care for. What an improvement! Highly recommend Eric and his team.

I have relied on Eric and SprucedUp Property Beautification Services to do spring and fall maintenance for me for many years, and his team, headed by the amazing Ellen, just finished installing a number of native plants and shrubs in my small Riverdale backyard to bring a very neglected garden bed back to life. The SprucedUp team always arrives when they say they will, they listen attentively to my concerns, they work extremely hard, and they meticulously clean up when they are finished. Not only that, but they don’t charge exorbitantly high prices. This small but mighty company is a gem.
