Can you please pay my bills for the machine float. i have worked hard for you and its $1200-1300. which you are not giving and not picking up my calls i thought you were a good person and helped you. how can you do business like this by ripping off people

I initially submitted a good review. However our thoughts with respect to this company have dramatically changed. We had work done on our backyard in the summer of 2018. We had our steps refaced with stone. We were told that there may be some settling. If this were to happen they would repair it. Within days of them finishing we noticed that we had two loose steps. This was cause for concern. I started to reaching out to the company to repair them and to date they have not shown up. For the last two summers I start reaching out in February and it goes on all summer. Many promises make with NO follow through. We had to place a piece of wood to keep the steps from wobbling. Since them we have stones falling and come apart from the walls. We have called, texted, emailed and attended the office in person and no response. We spent a lot of money only to be extremely disappointed with the outcome. It is heartbreaking.

I was going to write a review the first day these guys finished the job but These guys are very unprofessional they are very dirty, unorganized they left all their garbage in our backyard destroyed our concrete with their machines while working on our neighbours yard and fence.. and told us it was like that from before.. they installed a new gate on our side since they destroyed ours to accommodate their machinery.. used the cheapest wood that peels and materials to install which was very flimsy and wouldn’t be considered from a professional.. the gate broke and i wouldn’t call this company to come back and fix it.. it took them more than a year to complete the job and still left a mess despite telling them to stop leaving their garbage in our side of the yard

Very bad work! Took shortcuts to the job and used small stone pieces for the steps and walkways instead of larger steps as they chose the cheaper route. We connected well with Sergio (owner) and the beginning, but later they never came back to seal the steps. Contacted them so many times, threatened a lawsuit. He didn't care! The workmanship is quite poor. Many visitors notice when they come to visit our home. Cheap cheap cheap and unprofessional - they never finished the job.
