I was working in the area when I stumbled soon this gem of a small shop just outside Sylvan Lake. The kitchen was super clean and the owner Sam is super friendly and knows his stuff. What I’m taking the time to write this review is for the top quality steaks I received. It’s been a long time since I’ve had a melt in my mouth steak 🥩. Check this place out!!

CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!!
I live in Calgary and make weekly/ bi-weekly trips to Sylvan just to shop here. Sam is an extremely hard working butcher and is a very pleasant person to deal with. He always goes above and beyond for me and anything I need. Most importantly, I get high quality meat with low prices… what more could you ask for?! My partner used to be a butcher and is extremely picky about quality and cuts of meat. He’s hooked on this place! This is the only place I will buy meat from now on!

Stone 2 Steel provided the quality meat for our group camping trip and everything was a huge hit!

From home style blended burgers to marinated pork chops… everything was top quality!

The ribeye steaks shown were so tender, we cut them with plastic camping forks!

We've been seeing sam since he opened. My family can't get enough of his stuffed chicken and garlic butter thighs. We will keep coming back for the outstanding service, prices and cuts of meat.

I picked up a few steaks from these guys and couldn't believe how good they were! Sam cut me some ribeyes just how I wanted them, and vacuumed sealed them l, I was pleasantly surprised when I saw the price! I'm not sure you can beat his pricing.

I'm gunna be making the drive to visit him quite often!
