Here’s This supermarket is a great place with a wide variety of products! You can find almost everything here, from fresh produce to specialty items and unique imported goods. The store is well-organized and always fully stocked, making shopping a pleasant experience.

The prices are on the higher side, but the quality of the products is consistently good, so it feels worth it. If you’re looking for fresh and premium items, this is definitely the place to go.

I highly recommend checking it out. It’s one of those supermarkets that stands out with its variety and quality—definitely worth a visit!

Shoutout to this market for their top-notch lunch options, especially for employees of businesses in the area. House salads are fresh and flavourful, and the lunch option from a brand they carry “LeChef” brand is a total gem—feels like homemade. The quality is great the portions are generous and the price is just right. Definitely my go-to spot for daily affordable lunch.

I just purchased a pack of sausages on my way home for dinner to then realize once I had went to open the package and cook them that the best before date was nine days ago. Selling food that is over a week past its expiration date is not just an inconvenience—it’s a serious food safety issue. Mistakes happen, but I would expect a grocery store to take more accountability in situations like this. A simple apology and exchange isn’t enough when customers are at risk of buying unsafe food. I hope Stong’s improves its quality control and customer service policies to ensure this doesn’t happen to others. This is not the first time I have bought expired food from here before, but it is the first time that I have asked for compensation. I was told “sorry we don’t do that” by the store manager. I expect so much more from such a successful business.

I was here with a buddy to pick up some items for a get-together his family was hosting. Walking in, I got the Whole Foods Market vibe. Everything was cleanly stocked and sorted. It was inviting and welcoming to shop at Stong's Market.

The hot food area was very attractive with brick oven pizzas (thin crust, just the way I like it), paninis, etc.

The meat area was beautifully displayed with dry aged meat hanging against a window.

Prices were competitive, and the store had a nice stream of traffic, not overly busy, but not a ghost town. Love to shop here again.

This is a lovely place to shop! There is a really interesting selection of products to buy and wonderful specialty items. The flower and gift department is awesome! I love the take home pizza’s. The egg salad sandwiches from the deli are the next best thing other than having my Mom’s...and she makes the best! The bakery is delightful with a ton of delicious offerings. The staff are all very friendly and helpful! I always have a pleasant experience here.

Wonderful grocer with an abundance of local BC or Canadian products. They definitely prioritize stocking local products on their shelves which is awesome to see. Their in-house food items also tend to be pretty great. I’m particularly fond of their in-house soups.

Unfortunately the in-house fresh pizza is awful. $20 each, so not much cheaper than a decent quality restaurant delivery, both the pepperoni and tomato with bacon were tasteless, zero texture to the crust or base, borderline unpleasant. I’m not normally one to complain but this was an unusually bad experience - half of it has gone to rest in peace in the green bin where no doubt some Italians herbs are turning in their graves. Won’t be returning for a re-run of this….

Decent little supermarket with quality brands and fresh food. A little pricier than the bigger guys but again with the quality brands and less mainstream products. Their hot food section for lunch on the go is delicious and very unique. Like their walnut ginger beef. Yeah that's really frickin good.
