First time in, last time out. To be blatantly ignored not once but twice is atrocious, after an initial acknowledgement with eye contact previously too.

Eye contact was averted when I finally had the chance to walk up to the till, and there was no apology for the wait and disregard. No further assistance in finding the product I was looking for either, the guy was just looking down counting his cash while answering my questions with a shallow head shake.

How disappointing it is to live a life so pitiful you can’t even look up to a woman and answer her vocally. I hope for nothing but hell for people who treat other humans as such.

Good riddance.

Ordered the meat platter (chicken wings, chicken tikka and fish). Everything was days old and the only flavour you get is the burnt chicken.

Grocery is okay, I’ve seen worse Indian grocers and I have definitely seen better ones. But their take out hot meat is terrible. First of all, all of it is burned and terribly cut. Leaving some pieces comically large and other super frail. But worst of all they are super skimpy with the portions. Ordered two pounds of chicken, I got about 600 grams INCLUDING the packaging, salad, and sauce. This is terrible. The same happened to my order of fish. I got a little more than half of what I was promised. Won’t return.

Worst experience ever, I bought the special platter thinking it would be good based on their promotions. The chicken was days old and was completely burnt and no flavour at all, same with all other items too.

Located in Sunstone area of N.Delta, this new grocer carries a vast array of ethnic and otherwise items.

The meat counter has marinated meats (chicken wings) that they will cook for you.

The owner, Sukhjit Singh will ask for product suggestions you’d like to see them carry.
I suggested more (frozen) dim sum items as it would be nice to shop local for these things.

Located in a still-in-progress small shopping/services centre visible from 84th/Delsom Cres.
Parking area is medium sized.

Lacking general customer service they use to have... I went in on Thanksgiving Monday to get a loaf of bread and some bananas and it was absolutely pouring outside and I had to run around to the front entrance from the parking lot. When I was paying I asked why the back door is now locked and I was told it was because people are stealing. I was okay, but why should paying customers be punished and have to run around the whole building and get soaked. There was three people working in the store and and mainly just hanging out. I will not be back.

I went to this store with my family. I loved the chicken. It was cooked very well. The staff was helpful. I have become a usual customer.

I ordered leg and thighs from the store. They sent us burnt food. When i called the store and even sent them the picture of the food but they just bluntly deny and said that it is how it comes and all. And its not burnt. Worst experience at all.
