Amazing store with knowledgeable staff. I am a competitive bodybuilder who is getting ready for a show. I stopped in to get some new supplements and Was surprised to meet Matt who knew exactly what products to point me towards given my nutritionist and Coaches advice. He was able to sort out my order and provided some solid tips towards timing of products and when i told my coach he was blown away at how sound his advice was . anyway great store and will be back for sure

My first bunch of times coming in I was met by Martine and Brooke, both incredibly good at what they do and Martine opened me up entirely to the wonderful world of supplements having previously been majoroly nutrition based only!

Yesterday I had the pleasure of being helped by Matt who was informative, insightful and helped a lot in recommending a new nootropic formula that ultimately checks a lot more boxes than my original!
(I wanted to try it out for a day before updating that I do really like the hydramino AM!)

Always above and beyond these guys and always such an uplifting visit getting me all the more excited to set and each new goals!

Nicely organized, clean store. I was greeted and helped by a staff member named Martine (spelling?). She was super helpful with finding what I was looking for, and recommend products to try. Told me about some sales and I ended up stocking up on everything I needed for the next few months, and it still ended up being cheaper than the average grocery trip.

The staff were always extremely welcoming and considerate of my fitness goals before making product recommendations. Above that, they would inform me of sales far in the future so that I could plan my restocking accordingly. Most definitely recommend to all CAF members in the area.

Staff are absolutely amazing. Even with a sale when they are busy they take the time to assist and provide info so you make the right choice. I go in regularly and Riley noticed I didn’t have a protein. She reminded me it’s on sale and she has some in stock which is huge because it’s been so hard to get lately. They also helped me get the best deal on electrolytes due to the same sale. So not only did they help me save money but made sure I had everything I need! Absolutely amazing customer service!
