I must say an amazing company! Amanda Skidmore is our rep for the restaurant and she is an absolutely gem. She is on top of everything even when I forget. Excellent service, always smiling and so helpful. The delivery is always on time and the service from the delivery is mint. I highly suggest these fellas ! 5/5 for sure.

Excellent service! Kyle in shipping is always professional and polite, when I pick up! Teresa,my sales rep goes the extra effort to get me the best product/service & price possible! Drivers are always on time/very professional 😜! Although I do feed them jumbo pizza 🍕 slices!

Great for shredded lettuce and chicken nuggets!
Gets a 1 star review for their commercial driver who decided to weave around the ambulance, the crashed dump truck, and the several tons of concrete barrier in the middle of the road when everyone else had stopped for the accident that closed the freeway.

Save your money and get your product elsewhere. You will absolutely have nothing but issues, there are other companies that actually supply better product at a cheaper cost, and their employees are actually smart enough to help you, unlike Sysco where they are constantly firing GOOD,DECENT employees and replacing them with morons because it’s cheaper and they ONLY care about $. Running an honest company where they don’t harass and try to force you to buy from them isn’t in their scope. (Felt mobbish at times, they literally will invite you events, and have multiple men surround you to ask why you’re not buying certain products from them-demanding you give theirs a try, even when I explained I was getting it for cheaper, they got irritated and it was insanely uncomfortable) most importantly they can’t get an order right to save their lives-every order comes in wrong, missing product, product for other places not even meant to come to you, being charged for items you never ordered. It’s a mess.
Everything Sysco charges you has a massive up charge, what you can get for $12 from GFS, Sysco will be almost $30 for the same item and that’s not over exaggerated.
The rebates they offer you are a shiny example of that, they take so much of your $ at the time of ordering, so they can give you a tiny chunk back and make it seem like you’re getting a deal, news flash, you’re not.
Sysco LOVES to tell people that they use local food, again, all lies, even the eggs come from Ontario when there are thousands of egg suppliers on the island.
They are not a good company to deal with, and you will see that for yourself eventually.Do yourself a favour and use one of the many other food suppliers. (Watch Sysco reply to this review with a basic copy and paste snippet, which shows you how little they give a shit about their customers)

Please share with your drivers that vehicles must yield to cars in the roundabout. I fail to see why your driver today decided to gesture to me while I was in the roundabout at about 3:05pm this Friday afternoon. Also, because this seems to be a thing, drivers are only required to signal when leaving the roundabout here in BC.

WOW. One of your drivers delivering product right now (mid afternoon 08/01/23) in the 700 block of Broughton street downtown Victoria, knowingly just blocked a bunch of us in who are trying to go home. When I spoke with the driver he was very hostile rude and is making us wait. He is parked in our parking lot and not in a loading zone or commercial space. How is this allowed? We are being held hostage!!

Their is no star option for this guys. When ever pick order they mess up. It happens twice, The order taker didn’t pass through. This guys don’t understand urgency. Whole point of pick order for emergency’s .

Buying in bulk. Food and pricing was good. During covid, opened to Non commercial people to shop. We helped them stay in business when restaurants were basically closed. As soon as restaurants opened again, they said get lost, we don't need or want your business anymore. Very disrespectful attitude for a company. Don't deal with them if you have a choice!
