Ordered from Uber eats. Order was well packaged. Koobideh meal was delicious, good portioned, and satisfying with soup, tomatoes, and pepper. It needs to be heated up but not a big deal. Overall, meal was very indulging and will order again.

با آپ اوبر غذا سفارش دادم کمتر 30 ثانیه بعدش کنسل کردم 27 دلار از حسابم کم کردم با پشتیبانی اوبر تماس گرفتم گفتم رستوران اجازه برگشت پول نمیده و میگه قانون رستوران ما برگشت نداره با اینکه نه غذا اماده کرده بودن و نه راننده اوبر تحویل گرفته بود، با رستوران تماس گرفتم خانمی بسیار بی ادبانه. پرخاشگر گفتن با اوبر تماس بگیر و مشکل ارجا دادن به اوبر در صورتی که من قبلا این اتقاق برام افتاده بود و اوبر پول منو بدون هیچ توضیحی بر گردانده بود چون رستوران دیگه مثل شما حرام خور نبود اگر رستوران شما با 27 دلار میتونه به موفقعیت برسه اشکال نداره اینم صدقه از طرف من > I placed an order on Uber Eats and canceled it less than 30 seconds later, but $27 was still charged to my account. I contacted Uber support, and they told me that the restaurant refused to issue a refund, saying that their policy doesn’t allow refunds. However, the restaurant hadn’t even started preparing the food, and no driver had picked it up yet.

I called the restaurant, and the woman I spoke to was extremely rude and aggressive, telling me to contact Uber instead. I explained that I already did, but Uber referred me back to the restaurant. This is very frustrating because a similar situation happened to me before, and Uber refunded me immediately without any issue — clearly, other restaurants don’t act like this

Very disappointed.
We ordered two koobideh, one barg, one joojeh, and one baghali polo with mahicheh — and unfortunately, we were not happy with the quality at all. The vegetables served on the side were clearly unwashed, which was very off-putting. We used to love this catering and were regular customers, but this experience was truly disappointing.

The food quality was much lower than usual.
The koobideh kebab was very dry and noticeably smaller, and drinks were not offered complimentary as they normally are. The taste of the food also felt very basic.

I sincerely hope that as a business grows in popularity, it does not compromise on quality and quantity in order to maintain pricing. I came a long way expecting to enjoy the food as I usually do, but unfortunately, the quality was quite disappointing this time.

Had an amazing experience at Tabriz Restaurant in North York! The food was absolutely delicious — everything tasted fresh and homemade, just like back in Iran. The kebabs were juicy and flavorful, the rice was fluffy and fragrant, and the portions were generous. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff are super friendly and attentive. We ordered Koofteh Tabrizi and lamb shank with baghali polo and were really impressed. The lamb shanks were big, tender, and packed with flavour, served with plenty of rice. The Koofteh Tabrizi tasted authentic and homemade. Delivery showed up right on time, and the food came neatly packed in sturdy containers with a warmer to keep it hot — a really thoughtful touch. Portions were generous, the quality was excellent, and everything tasted fresh. Overall, a great experience and definitely a place we’ll be ordering from again.

I have been ordering food from Tabriz Catering for the past several months, including a large dinner order for a recent family and friends gathering. The food is always consistently delicious and beautifully presented.

For our family dinner, the meal (including kababs, rice, Fesenjan stew, tah-dig and soup) was truly outstanding in both quality and flavor. Everyone loved it!

Their daily specials, which aren’t listed on the regular menu, such as stuffed grape leaves (dolmeh), kotlet, tah-chin, and others, are equally delightful and worth trying. I highly recommend them for both everyday meals and special occasions.
