Absolutely amazing..this place is hidden away from the eye. The best food I ever had. The servers are amazing. Friendly..super cool cozy dinner. The menu is so vast there is something for everyone and all appetites..show up hungry. 20 min latter you are munching on more then you can finish at a very reasonable price. Affordable for the working class folks. Definitely a well though up business and restaurant to have created such a great menu and manage to make it affordable when times are very concerning to most folks financially.

Good food, good atmosphere, good service, very reasonable prices on special. I got an 8oz tenderloin with two sides & garlic toast for $26. My fiancee got a full rack of ribs, two sides, garlic toast for the same price. We were both pleased. Definitely recommend!

Celebrated my birthday at the Boot and it was amazing! The food was delicious the atmosphere amazing and the service outstanding! Highly recommend for anyone to come down and enjoy The Boot.

They set up an amazing table for us, accommodated our large group of guests, And they created three amazing mocktail drinks For our little party. All of our guests were so happy with the service and the food

We frequent the boot on a regular basis, the food never disappoints. If you want to get steak, this is the place to go to.

Unfortunately I need to update this review, took my neighbor out for dinner, he is slightly disabled, and as soon as we walked in the greeter asked if he was okay to eat here, my friend just gave him a
a blank stare because he did not understand and the greeter who; I actually believe was also the owner, then asked us to leave, we assumed it was a joke and proceeded to walk towards and table and I was met with a shove and a "leave" again.

I was extremely taken back by this, I know for a fact this is a great establishment and the food I will never deny is amazing but to discriminate like this is completely unacceptable, the man's in his 60s and I was trying to take him out for a steak to thank him for watching my property while I was away.

As a bussiness owner myself this type of behaviour would run me in the ground, I'm sure a simple google review will do nothing to change things around there but man was that disappointing 👎🏼

Amazing little gem! Stop in once or twice a month for a perfect steak! Can’t beat the price and quality, and the atmosphere is great! Feels like home 🙌🏻

Seriously, you need to eat here!!! Their food was very good. Everything was delicious from the croutons in the cesar salad to the perfectly cooked ribeye....omg and I almost forgot those fall off the bone ribbies so good!!! Our waitress was friendly, knowledgeable, and was around when we needed her.

Went for a date night with the wife and was blown away by the delicious food, highly recommend anything from their smoked meat menu, and if you love borscht, this is the place to GO!! Also very much enjoyed the open tavern atmosphere, very welcoming.

Going for a cruise you may want to wander on over to The Boot Tavern just on the outskirts of the fishing town of Selkirk in East Selkirk. The mural on outside is a good indicator of the good vibes inside. Artwork of the sexy boots displayed on the doors to fishing huts along the water line gives a good example they are a part of community supporting artists 🎨. Art itself can be the musical talent playing while dining. Enjoyed a light plate of battered pickerel with a soothing lip smacking pasta salad which was so refreshing with flavor. There was a musician named Grant playing guitar & harmonica strumming out classic hits on an appreciation day. Had stopped in previously & was informed of events such as Mother's Day Steak & Lobster weekend for $45, & 30 year celebration pickerel special $14. Had stopped in & noticed their Caesar sign glowing okay let's giver a try! BLOWN away was tasteful heaven! So tried the prime rib Minestrone Soup. Very comforting left feeling warm & cosy & not breaking the bank! Have heard they are known for their prime rib dinner, looking forward to a special night out in a rich wood cosy atmosphere. The staff will take care of you with their country style charm, smiling with welcoming hospitality. Looking forward to another visit to relax with a Jeffrey's Greek pizza with a beautiful crust like no other. Stop in, dine in & enjoy food at a reasonable cost, sooo worth it. One of their specials was bat wings, the sauce looked & smelled incredible! They have many selections of sauces to choose from. Good selection to try again & again! 😋 Will definaltey venture out again, glad I stopped in!
