My favourite place for proteins on the Sunshine Coast. Wonderful staff and the selection of proteins for various diets is excellent! Highly recommend! Excellent steaks!!

If you're not sure what to eat, staff can make some terrific recommendations!

I shop here regularly for the knowledgeable staff & great quality meats. I recently ordered food for a party we threw & it was some of the best pulled pork & chicken we’ve ever had. My experience ordering the food was top tier from correspondence regarding what we wanted to the instore staff helping me pack all of my order to my car. I highly recommend!!!

As a foodie and someone who has ants quality products to cook with The GIbsons Butcher has been my go to since it opened. The Staff are friendly and service is always top shelf. I don’t eat pork and they are always keeping me in the loop when pork free items come in. The Rib Eye Steak is my personal fav and melts in your mouth. They also have a wide variety of provisions to help elevate your pantry, aswell as pre-made sides to make your dinner come together with ease in this busy world we live in! If you’re coming for the coast make sure this is on your list of places to stop and shop!

Thanks to FB I was introduced to this place. I made a special detour on my last trip just to check them out.
Worth it!!!

Beautiful cuts of meats sourced as much locally as possible. Sausage filled with meat not gluten fillers...what?!? Maui ribs, lamb kababs and seasoned chicken wings... much more

I was also give a backstage tour of their smoking operation. The employees or should I say, teammates are also super passionate and it translates into the feeling you get when you’re shopping there.

.... but their smoked beef jerky is Da-best. Absolutely brilliant 👌🏻

Will need to come with a cooler next time I visit.

Best Butcher I have ever been to! Always such delicious meat options and food in general. Love that I can go there to get everything I need for a delicious dinner. Staff is always so friendly and helpful. The owners are the best and so welcoming and happy to give advice on how to cook anything. Love this place!!
