I absolutely love this place, we recently tried the Vietnamese sausage and it is literally to die for. We were told that it’s the sausage of the month so it might not come back. This is absolutely disheartening it should be a year round thing because it was so freaking good. Made a great and easy meal to add on vermicelli. My parents who are from out of town and counting on buying a bunch when they come back because it was that good! Buy all the Vietnamese sausage people so it doesn’t disappear!

Great quality meats. Their in house made marinated chicken and sausages are so delicious. The staff know their product and take pride in what they do. They know the ranches and even the stud bulls where their meat comes from. Super helpful and friendly staff.

This is a business of a group of people who really care about what they do and it shows in their passion and knowledge every visit. Plus they run an amazing raw food program for dogs. Customer service is always stellar, like above and beyond. I would give this place 10 stars if I could. This is what local small business done right looks like.

I was gifted a beef wellington for the holidays and it was very very good. Out of the package , unthawed , 35 mins in the oven at 350. It was the bomb ! We'll done people.

The guys here are awesome, the meat is incredible for an incredible price & they always go above & beyond to keep their customers happy. I’ll never buy meat from a grocery store again (& the eggs are phenomenal too)
