The Chocolate Tulip is simply an extraordinary flower shop. I ordered an arrangement for my sister’s birthday and was wowed from the beginning to the end. Helen has been more than wonderful taking me on as a customer on an extremely busy weekend for them as I told her how much it meant for me to surprise my sister with a really beautiful gift. She managed to find cymbidium orchids I wanted even though they were sold out and created the most amazing bespoke flower arrangement that literally took our breath away - it was fresh, beautiful, a real flower masterpiece, exquisite from every angle. Many years ago I received a dozen of the most wonderful white roses with just a whisper of peach at the core from The Chocolate Tulip. The arrangement also contained one deep purple flower making it both simple and breathtaking at the same time. Since then I have only ordered flowers from The Chocolate Tulip and have never been disappointed. The arrangements have been perfectly designed in keeping with the circumstances and contained unique flowers put together in a very artistic way. Over the years I had sent a number of arrangements to a longtime friend to mark certain events. She died recently and I ordered a
arrangement to be sent to the funeral home. Her daughter said that when she saw the arrangement, before even looking at the card, she knew it was from me. When I placed the order I said my friend loved really colourful flowers. The funeral arrangement was predominately made with brick red flowers which were colourful in a very quiet and sedate way which perfectly fit the situation. If you want your flowers to impress you will not be disappointed with arrangements from The Chocolate Tulip.

Have been a long time customer from our wedding to family / friend gifts. They always go above and beyond taking care for our flower deliveries in Toronto with great service and care. Last week due to a mix up my sister and I each thought we had taken care of sending flowers to our parents for Nowruz..only to realize neither of us did.

I contacted the Chocolate Tulip and am so grateful they pulled off one of their spectacular arrangement last minute and were able to arrange a special delivery out to our parents with no one the wiser about out slip up. Definitely the best florist in Toronto not only for their beautiful flowers but but for their customer care and great floral delivery service especially during Covid.

I adore the Chocolate Tulip. They did a stunning job for my wedding flowers. My husband from our first date has been sending me the most beautiful bouquets from them for the past three years so it was a no brainier when it was time to choose our florist for our wedding. He always left it to them to do whatever they wanted which was fine with me as they have always been outstanding.

For our wedding I may have gone a bit bridezilla I admit, I had tons and tons of pictures with so many looks I think I was driving everyone crazy, but Helen was able to somehow pull from our discussions and all my pictures what I was after but could not articulate properly. Working with them was absolutely amazing. They had great suggestions and made us feel comfortable and secure. Everything went smoothly even with a complicated set up and we were so happy with how it all came together.
