Clean and tidy for sure. Rooms are missing a screen on the window, air conditioning, a fan or some form of air flow, and a bedside lamp. Friendly staff. The pillows and sheets leave something to be desired, though.

Good place. I stayed here more than a weel. I'd like to stay here again if I come to Labrador city again. Only uncomfortable thing was there was no coin exchanger to use washing machine.

We stayed one night in the studio suite. The lobby and the room was very clean. Kitchen was a great convenience. There was tea and coffee provided. It would have been nice if they provided salt and pepper! Only 4 stars because they could use some new sheets and bed covers, but the ones provided were clean.

Called for a room, yes they had one available. Soon as I mentioned I had 2 kids, oh sorry sir we cannot accommodate you.

For me this location is perfect. Within walking distance to the mall, Subway, McDonald's, BabaQ's.

I'd absolutely stay here again if I was in Labrador City. Rooms are on the more "basic" side but still have everything needed.

First time in Labrador City went with the collegiate last minute price is extremely amazing I really thought it was going to be a dump being so cheap. Complete the opposite. I would highly recommend this place 100%. Would have been a 5 star on my rating but shower was brown. I will be back

Very uninviting down the corridors however the rooms were better than I expected. The kitchen proved more helpful than I realized. Would be good to have information in the room telling you checkout times and where the facilities are in the building.

First time here in Labrador! The airport booked us here, the outside was giving me a bad feeling but once inside the room I was shocked! The room is amazing I give it 4.5 stars if I could lol
