The website was very easy to use. I appreciated that the store called me when they could not get a hold of the person who was receiving the flowers. They were extremely nice and easy to work with. Communication was very clear. I chose the option where the florist would design the arrangement, and I was very pleased with it, as was the recipient. I cannot say enough great things about the Ladner Flower Shop! I don’t live locally and every time I need to send flowers in the lower mainland they are my go-to. The customer service is out of this world and they answer emails so quickly. They cater to special requests and are just a general joy to work with.

I message them and warned them I would leave a negative review, if they didn’t respond or get back to me to rectify the issue. They did not. Their choice. It’s really too bad.

Delivery instructions were not met two years in a row. I gave them the benefit of the doubt first year. How hard is it to fulfill easy instructions. Apparently it’s too hard. Delivered to the wrong door. Luckily the non customer spotted the driver and did his job to deliver the flowers to the right person.

No vase for the flowers. The bouquet was half dead when they arrived. For the money I spent. This service was unacceptable. This was for Mother’s Day. You can’t take it back. The day was ruined from the get go.

My mother sifted through and tried to make a flower arrangement out of what was left. Like seriously? This is your business.

I hope this review reaches and warns other future customers before they buy.

Ordered a Mother’s Day bouquet and NEVER will order from them again… charged almost $100 for a bouquet I could have paid $30 for at Save On, disgusting. Minimum order was $75 I said it better be a nice bouquet for that and as told the flower wholesalers mark up their prices on Mother’s Day and Valentine’s Day which is 100% a lie… ordered two bouquets from Askews and they were twice the size. Save your money!!
