The most beautiful and incredible flower shop I have ever visited in all of Canada!!!

What a lovely store where you can tell the owner and the team definitely put a lot of thought and care into it!

Beyond satisfied with my first experience shopping here today. I’m new to the city and my boss recommended this store to get flowers.

I called on the phone to get information about arrangements etc and Crystal the store manager helped and guided me to the website to check everything out, after reviewing I called back to place a last minute order and I knew that from the start I was in good hands dealing with the team here.

Super thrilled that I visited the store today and I also purchased some other things after seeing the vast variety of perfect gift items they have to offer as well.

I will exclusively be coming to this store from this point onwards for all of my gift and flower arrangement needs.

Such a wonderful shopping experience, thanks to Crystal and Christine. Can’t wait to visit again soon!

When your birthday is also Valentine’s Day .. as a husband you have a big responsibility. My guy stopped by the Studio conveniently located at the corner of Wood Buffalo to order me flowers. When asked what he would like he said something that makes her say Oh My.. mission accomplished! Crystal is a proud entrepreneur who listens to her customers and has the most beautiful stock in her store. I am so impressed with how beautiful and unique the decor, jewelry, home items are I try and stop once a week just to be surrounded by beautiful things. Your customer service is exemplary - thank you for making my birthday extra special!

I called from Newfoundland to order some "cheer me up" flowers for a special young lady, and was so pleased with the result. The person who took my order was very accommodating-she checked that the flowers would not harm any of the pets, offered suggestions for substitutions, and notified me when the bouquet was ready for pick-up. I was really pleased with the service and the product.

I am normally quite pleased with the Flower Studio, but I ordered flowers for me DIL today for her birthday. The website photo was far nicer than what she received…pretty plain Jane….

Have been purchasing flower here for years, they have usually been quite good yet very expensive.

Unfortunately when I had them recreate the wife’s wedding bouquet I was not pleased with my experience dealing with there customer service.

Placed the order 7 days in advance provided pictures and told them the budget was not an issue I just want exactly what is pictured here.

When picking up the order I let the staff know that this was not what was discussed when the order was placed as I order an bouquet and they had an arrangement in a vase and they were quite understanding and offer to “fix” the order.

Problem started shortly after when the owner call me being extremely rude telling me they had an employee in distress regarding the order and this is what was ordered and you get what you get basically.

At no point in time was I ever rude to anyone at this business and yet the owner treated a paying customer like garbage over the phone. For simply asking for what ordered and payed for based on the budget they provided yet could not deliver.

Dena’s new location is incredible. Bed bath and beyond eat your heart out! Home decore galore here! Amazing shampoo bars, candles, jelly cats, and of course some of the most beautiful floral arrangements! The new location is down from layers in wood buffalo. And the staff. So helpful!
