Huge piles of snow left on our driveway nearly every time it snows. 4ft+ high and 4ft wide… coming into our property line. They say this is their normal way of plowing.. quite inefficient when you’ve gotta spend hours just getting in / out of your own driveway as a result of snow removal. The point of removing snow is CLEARING A PATH, not blocking it. Many of our neighbours got the same or WORSE. Some are elderly and cannot clear a small hill of ice and are forced to pay someone or wait until it clears. This is not how I’ve seen it done in other neighbourhoods…

The people who cut the grass, trim the edges, clean off debris are polite, and helpful. The whole property is more ,presentable when they leave. Their demeanor renews my faith in the next generation.

We were very pleased with the cleanup job done by this crew! We had a number of tree limbs and tops taken down by the ice storm, the edge of our property was a mess!!! In about 3-1/2 hours everything was cleaned up and taken away, thanks to the Gardener crew.

Dave was very good to my mother while she owned the house , with the laneway being cleaned all the time it was one less worry. Strongly recommend them.

Shameful. I hired the Gardener to do both the lawn maintenance and snow removal at my private residence. Their work was poor quality. In winter I had large chunks of snow left all over my driveway and the path to my house was "shoveled" about 1 foot wide in a 5 foot wide space. In summer, multiple times my ditch wasn't cut (when specified it should be), grass clippings were blown weekly into my garden and my daughter's sand box, and they damaged my fence in multiple spots (6 spots in 1 cutting). I had to chase them to fix my fence, and when they did, they left 27 pieces of wire all throughout my yard....a picture to show just a few.

We are new to country life, and in August we made a plan for snow removal at that time we declined to pay extra for salt. Fast forward to today and our very long driveway is covered top to bottom with ice.....I made a call to The Gardener and within an hour they had a truck at our home , salting the drive. We are pleased so far with snow removal and their Customer Service is top notch. Many Thanks 😊

We got blocked into our driveway this morning due to the snow bank the driver left behind. Neither my husband nor I could get to work on time. We were 3 hours late as a result and spent 2 of those hours trying to clear the HUGE snow bank. The snow plow drivers are not thinking about the people that live inside the homes that have to get to places. We don’t drive a lifted truck to be able to drive over 3ft tall snow bank that’s 4ft wide… we’ve been stuck before and it’s not fun. Please train your drivers to do a better job
