It was a clean looking little market. But the roasted chickens that I bought were in the heat lamp too long. I was hungry so I bought it anyways, and regretted it when I got home. But the produce looked really good, and the stores merchandise placement was on point. It's a good place to grab groceries, better than no frills on Bloor down the street. 3 out of 5

Ordered a slab cake from here recently for a friend's party. They were so helpful and accomodating, and it turned out perfectly. They really went above and beyond with the decorations, and it tasted amazing. So happy I went with them!

I have only just stepped out of Longi’s and they got me so frustrated and furious that I’m writing this review. I saw a homeless guy sitting outside this location with his dog. All he wanted was some cold water. Went into Longo’s and bought two bottles of water. Went out and this guy with the dog had no bowl or cup to feed cold water to his dog. Went back inside Longo’s asked the lady at the sushi counter for a cup sent me to the hot food counter with a man standing and he sent me to the reception/cashier. Went to the cashier and they sent me to Starbucks. Starbucks lady couldn’t care less. I left feeling extremely frustrated and disappointed. What an awful customer service! Not going in back there again. No empathy, not an ounce of customer service in any of them. No compassion. I even told them I’m willing to pay and it’s for a dog that’s out with the poor man. But they couldn’t care less. And mind you they had cups and bowls at every station I was sent to or I went to except cashier! Not giving them my business! Not at this branch!

Very Poor service in the bakery department. Very poor customer service at the checkout register. The staff seem miserable and their poor attitude is passed on to the customer. One cannot get a consistent cup of coffee from the Starbucks. They serve watered down lukewarm coffee. The staff wanders behind the Starbucks counter helping themselves, very unsanitary. After handling cash they have to be asked to wash their hands before handling food. They simply do not care. Raised specific issues with the managers on multiple occasions to no avail. He complains they are short staffed. No point providing feedback to the management as they do nothing about it, no change at all.

I came 11:05am today and asked the for sourdough bread to the Lady Baker and she gave whole piece. I asked her if she can sliced in a regulat thick and she said She can’t coz the bread was just baked 1.5hr ago. So I askrf her why she can’t slice it if it’s cooled down and safe to sliced. She said she
Can’t coz it’s going to be mushy. She aslo said yes that you can cut it at home. I said this is for elderly people and then she said be back later afternoon and wr can’t cut it but not now! I left all the rest of groceries there and went to different Longos branch where in they are more friendly and helpfull. I went to St. clair branch and they’ve help me. I asked the baker there how long they need to cool down the bread to slice it she said 30mins to 1 hour will be fine and she said it’s ok to sliced it in the machine.

Longos Bloor st. Please educate your baker and make sure she’s not lazy to help customers!!! She’s putting cookies on a baking pan that time that’s why she doesn’t want to be bothered!!!

Poor service!!!

Your Filipino cashier deserves zero stars for her customer service. Being unfriendly is one thing, but apparently it is so damn hard to assist a mom with a toddler struggling with the groceries and the shopping cart. A simple act of kindness to help put away the shopping cart for a customer would literally kill her. Thanks to her literally dying not to assist, I dropped $25 worth of prepped food in front of her. Awesome. Best part? This is the second time she mistreated me. Never setting foot in this store.

Imagine biting into your veggie roll only to find something you can’t chomp through. They left a piece of paper towel in there. I’m assuming it was on the veggies in the fridge to keep them from drying out. Then forgotten about when the veggie rolls were compiled. Unfortunate because I’ll never get anything from this Longo’s again.

You’re delirious with your rewards card A) no link given or found on website, Google found the page for me to register B) I have to manually enter the number on the card, no QR code that takes me to a pre filled form. C) the password requirement.. you are not the bank I am not inventing a password with the requirements you need and here is where I give up. Password please is sufficient for my grocery points thank you very much it does not need to be stronger than my standard password. I am not remembering another password.
