Excellent meat shop. Phoned ahead to see if they had a specific item and the gentleman said to come in and he’d cut it up for us when we got there. We got there and he pulled out a new piece of meat and cut up what we needed. Everyone was super friendly and the prices were very reasonable! Would definitely go back!

I visited this meat shop today and was incredibly disappointed with the customer service. There was a long line, and the cashier ( persian lady with black hair) was on her phone chatting with a friend the entire time! She didn’t acknowledge any of the customers waiting in line. No 'hello', no 'thank you' – nothing! I would give zero stars if I could. Definitely won't be coming .

A Long-Time Customer's Experience

I've been a loyal customer of this butchery for 11 years and as a business owner myself, I've always appreciated their great products and friendly customer service. The team has always treated me with respect, and I've been happy to recommend them to others.

However, my recent experience with a staff member named Shadi left me quite shocked. I usually park at the back door, as I have done for years, but when I entered the shop, Shadi spoke to me in a very rude manner in front of all customers , telling me that I wasn’t supposed to use the back door. I was surprised, as this was never an issue before. I simply suggested they put up a sign if the back entrance was off-limits. Instead of explaining politely, she continued to be rude, giving incorrect information about the products I asked for and twisting my words. This lady has no understanding about customer service.

This interaction has made me hesitant to visit the shop, which is unfortunate because everyone else has always been wonderful. I believe customer service is key, and this kind of behavior should be addressed to maintain the high standards I’ve always appreciated here.

I went to buy meat yesterday I couldn’t touch the door because was really dirty and disgusting I used the napkin. For food store the priority is cleaning and healthy Equpment and stuff.if you zoom on the photo you can see how dirty is it. I’ll will delete my review next week. Just will owner see my message.
