We visited Moody Foody over the weekend and was pleasantly surprised. Was welcomed by very friendly and lovely owners. They are innovative and ambitious in creating vegan cuisine that suits a wide range of tastes.

We dined in on the patio and the food was delicous! And best of all, everything is vegan and plant based!

We will definitely come back again!

The only word I can think of to describe this place would be: Hidden Gem.

The owner warmly greets you with big smile on his face. You can tell he loves his creations by the way he describe them.

Got hummus, babaganoush (eggplant dip), shepherd pie, and chickpea soup with rice. Amazing. Flavours are there, and they are working together, no overpowering or overshadowing.

Give it a shot, and you wont be disappointed.

Amazing!! I went here for the first time with my fiancé and a mutual friend, today. The people who work here are so kind, lovely and gentle. Answered all questions that we had, and they seemed so happy that we were there too.

My fiancé and I are both vegan and gluten free and it was so so amazing to come to a restaurant and be able to order whatever we wanted! The food here was so so good, flavourful and satisfying. Plus I love that their food is wholesome ingredients!! 😀 I can't wait to come again and order more dishes. My favourite was the ham sandwich, kebabs with the yummy sauce, and the coleslaw.

The only critique I have is I wish their rice had more flavour to it, like some yummy spices, herbs etc.

I am so excited to have a gluten free vegan restaurant with so many options! The food tastes amazing, my favorites were the potato salad, coleslaw, and the tomato chickpea stew but everything I had was delicious. This doesn't taste like a "typical" gluten free vegan restaurant, the textures and flavors are so good and my friends without dietary restrictions enjoyed it too. The service is amazing, they really go out of their way to make sure you have the most delicious meal. The staff is very friendly and obviously passionate about the food they make. There are more choices than what is on the website, go in the restaurant to see what else they have. The website is also very easy to order from too. It is very clean and organized in the kitchen. I will keep coming back for more!

We found this place one Sunday and stopped by with our two little ones. The owner and the chef were so delightful and served us a bunch of food so we could sample a bunch of the menu. We aren’t vegan but enjoy vegan food and I can honestly say I was blown away, my kids even loved it.

We loved the whole experience so much we signed up for their weekly meal delivery service. Twice a week they deliver hot, fresh home cooked meals ready to eat. They use tiffins so everything is delivered in steel containers with minimal waste and we even have leftovers!

Our family has used other meal prep services but this is truly next level. They aim for organic, local, fresh ingredients.

They check in with us on what we liked, what the kids like and it’s just an overall very personal, wonderful experience. It’s As if my grandma or mom was dropping off meals for the family.

Seriously love it and recommend to anyone who enjoys healthy, delicious vegan food that is simple but delicious, light and deeply nourishing.

Especially grateful to have something like this in Maple Ridge - it’s one of a kind.

What an amazing and inspiring family- run business! If you are in maple ridge or on your way to the Alouette Lake, you HAVE to make a stop at this vegan restaurant. The food is organic, fresh, tasty and made without preservatives. In addition to the food being delicious, staff and the chef are so warm, and full of positive energy. I’ll definitely be coming back for many more vegan, organic home cooked meals here. ❤️

We ordered takeout for my birthday and it was delicious! Lentil soup, hummus @ vegan skewers were especially good. The coleslaw was savoury and the dill in the potato salad was perfect.

I highly recommend this place @ will be returning for sure. Perfect blend of spices made it satisfying and savoury.

Stopped here to pick up lunch while visiting family. The owner is so friendly and the kitchen/meal prep area is exceptionally clean. We tried the chickpea simmer which was absolutely delicious! Highly recommend the mushroom Shepard pie, kale Caesar, babaganoush, secret hummus, and cucumber salad!
