I’ve been using The Nutrition Box for a few weeks and it’s been great! The food is healthy, fresh, and not oily or heavy. Portions are just right, and they mix things up so it doesn’t get boring. Omg, I never imagined that a healthy food can taste that good. It’s high in protein and I can actually feel changes in my body after trying meals and now my whole family consuming meals from the Nutrition Box

Food is excellet. Delivery expirence and customr service is very bad. I order food on a weekly basis delivery used to come around 7:30ish everyday. It seems to be fine around this time but later they satrted delivery around 10:00pm . So i called them to scheduled delivery around 7ish and call me before they come. They were like ok we will inform you before coming. Next day they came around 10ish again amd my food was stolen. So i called them again to solve this issue instead of solving this they only offered me $5 discount on next billing cycle. Hence i was not satisfied with this. And at the same time i told them due to this hasel i am cancelling subcribtion and also putting up a review. withing 1 hour i got a call from supervisior again informing me about $25 discount.and from now onwards they will start calling me ahead of delivery time. But again they only offered dicount rather solving my delivery issue. So now its time for 3rd day delivery they forgot to call me and came around 10ish. So i called them back requesting to deliver food around 7. And they were like we called you and you were unreacheable. I was like my phone is on 24/7 how come its not reacheable. Finally i decided to cancel subcribtion and i cancelled it. After cancelling it they called me again to offer me last week food for free. I havent received my refund yet. Also tou have big system issue if the delivery is coming at 7pm i get a email around 6:55 that the food is on its was. There is no tracker ahead of time and there is no enough time gap between in trasit till delivered. My only suggestion to you instead of emailing to us please send a tret mesaage beacuse who is checking there email every 5 min. And instead of offering dicount please try to solve customers issue. Beacuse i also work in customer service we have been taught customer is a god you cant take granted.

I get the food delivered from them and to be honest exceptional customer service experience. We hardly see such efforts for customer satisfaction and retention these days. Haven't been too long since I started having deliveries from them. So far soo good. I would like to mention about "Ankit" whose expert advise literally helped me in keeping up with my motivation of maintaining healthy lifestyle. Kudos to you dear for your dedication and not to forget, all the communications with the rest of the team has been really professional and evident efforts of maintaining good communication with me as a client. Loved it so far and much recommended for anybody who is in the starting of their healthy lifestyle journey coz your morale will actually get boost up and after trying their food, you will even stop having the craving for outside non-healthy food. It is actually not bad, when I see health food, I thought it would be boil chicken breast something like that. But in reality the taste exceeds my expectations. If the potion is larger, it would be perfect.
