Very friendly staff and so many options. I love getting my UK snack from The Red Onion. Especially at Christmas time. The business always has great window displays. I enjoy checking their FB posts to see what new items they have brought in.

An impressive array of products that make creative cooking in a rural community an actual possibility. The store owner and her staff are an absolute delight and very knowledgeable! They’re also all very active in our community and well-respected for their contributions. I and my family LOVE shopping there and we bring all our visiting guests as well.

My favourite shop in town! We take our visitors there and they also love it! Lots of great bulk foods, goodies and interesting international foods. I can count on The Red Onion for that unusual ingredient my recipes sometimes call for. And Melodie is the BEST!

Love The Red Onion! The products are top notch, the owner is helpful and listens to your concerns, and it's my go-to place for special gifts for the foodies in my family. Their exclusive line of teas is exquisite -- my son is a total devotee! Also, it's the ONLY place you can get Red River Cereal in the Maritimes -- I cannot tell you how important this is. And one more thing -- they have a nice selection of English cookies (or should I say biscuits?) and other products that appeal to my childhood memories.

What a little gem! Nice selection of organic, bulk and international items. Prices are reasonable and the owner, Melody, is friendly and helpful. She also knows a lot about the area. She was so welcoming as I shared that we were looking to move to the area. I couldn’t wait to revisit her lovely shop to let her know that we’re now neighbors!
