Was passing through here on a road trip and read about this butcher online.
The owner hooked me up with their in-house tallow, it was pretty good and mixed well with soup or fried eggs to elevate their flavour.
What really blew me away was how good there chicken skewers were! Way better than a lot of Greek restaurants I've been to. They are located in the back corner of the store. It's a stack of Ross down chicken skewers. I bought like seven or eight packs 11 out of 10 would do it again.

Bought tenderloins (that melted like butter in your mouth), twice baked potatoes and mushroom caps. They were all so delicious!!! All three were the best I’ve had over any other butcher shops. It was my first time and I will definitely be returning! Prices were very reasonable too.

I've been in Canada 16 years now and have been searching for a "PROPER SAUSAGE ROLL". We went here on Canada day, for "Maui ribs", which by the way are out of this world and bloody delicious. Anway we saw their sausage rolls and thought, " They look like proper British sausage rolls", so we bought some. They did not disappoint, they are just like the ones back home, in England. The flaky pastry was AMAZING and the sausage meat inside was tasty.

Great quality products and friendly, helpful staff.
Well worth a visit, trust me. 😉

Highly recommend this little shop!! Sure it's not "cheap" but in my case I got what I paid for!! It also has some cool little specially items I'll be back to try out!!! 😎

I'd recommend the Tenderloin and the beef jerky under the counter!!!
The steak was far and away better than any keg or steakhouse meal I've had in years and I eat at those often. This $15 steak lightly seasoned beat beat out the $50 meals.
The jerked beef was close to my own recipe and great taste!

Tenderloin is about 90% of the streaks I eat, small but excellent taste and texture. So I'm well versed in choosing a great steak.

Everyone has seen the ridiculous increase in beef with no more money going to the farmers but that's not the butchers fault I'm sure. I'm from a beef farm and my family still are so I speak from reality.

We love the Town Butcher. Bill and his team really pride themselves on quality service and meat. I always know when purchasing products they are selected and handled with care. I am very happy about the quality of everything I have gotten from here, from skewers, ribeyes, ribs, and etc. Bill always makes sure everything is well stocked. The staff are friendly and helpful. Some of the negative comments really hurt business owners and they are totally unfair. Please speak to your local butcher and get to know them. They want to give you the best. There a lot of places that cut corners, and Bill definitely over delivers on everything. Thank you for being our local butcher!
