I had an empty boring back yard and no idea what to do with it. I called the Travellimg Gardener and asked her if she could perhaps use some old bricks I had laying around and make me a garden.This is what she created in one day. I can't believe how beautiful my back yard is now!

I’d like to start off by saying, I thought that my garden, beautifully bushy and full, was growing exceptionally, but I needed help to make it look neat.. to my surprise, the travelling gardener informed me my garden was weeds but she would fix it all up! I am happy to say we took out a lot of invasive weeds and planted beautiful plants like peonies, hydrangeas, phlox, rose of Sharon and Japanese lilies, as well much more, to give it a beautiful esthetic and welcoming look! — I know have a beautiful colourful garden and a veggie garden in the back all thanks to the travelling gardener! Great prices for great work! Let this girl edge and refresh and plant your garden!!

Update. Because of my mobility issues, lazy me kept gardening hand tools in a corner of each of the 3 beds year round so there was always a handy tool if I saw some quick weeding to do. Danielle had mentioned she found them. I told her why they were there and never thought of it again until today. I started tackling some of the unfinished jobs and went looking for those hand tools in the 3 beds. Not a one to be found. I checked the shed thinking she might have put them away there but they were not. No help and no tools .....perhaps a clue as to their location?

Very disappointed - there was so much potential! Danielle is very friendly and outgoing. I needed someone to do the physical work of weeding my gardens since I am now 72, walk with a cane and have a husband who is not able to help.

Danielle seemed to be quite busy as the times between her visits to continue work already started was being dragged out. I assumed she knew what she was doing since she had a business to run. She did a great job clearing out the weeds - but also 6 years worth of Turtlehead plants and some bee balm which were mistaken for weeds and removed. When I said I wanted the Goldenrod to be thinned out a bit, she replied she was glad I had told her that as she took them for weeds and would have removed them all. She did not recognize the asters. I was willing to let the Turtleheads and bee balm slide as she did a good job cleaning out a couple of gardens. There was still a lot of work left.

She first came on May 29th and worked on one bed all day. She returned on June 13th and worked another whole day on another bed. I told her next on the list, most important, was the front bed. She couldn't come until June 30th which was the Sunday of the long weekend, 15 days later. She confirmed she had no plans and would be here. The day came and was calling for rain and possible thunder showers but had not started. The sky was overcast but not at all dark or ominous. Rather than come and work until stopped by the weather, she chose not to come at all. Turns out, there was no rain or thunder all day and was cooler than of late so would have been a good day to work outside. We had rescheduled to July 9th. The day came and she was a No show and no phone call/text/message.

I am now forced to try and work the front bed myself since most other gardening businesses have all the clients they can handle right now. The other still to do jobs is the woodland garden and the trimming out of the lilac saplings but I fear these two will have to wait until next year.

I think Danielle has the potential to build up her business to great heights but she needs to become more knowledgable about which ones are plants and which are weeds and certainly do not cancel at the last minute without good reason or without contacting the client.
