Great people to deal with. They were very knowledgeable about their products and offered great advice on installation procedures. There was ample selection of products to choose from for my paving stone patio and my retaining wall. Many different types of mulch and rocks to choose from for using as ground cover in my garden beds. The yard was tidy and yard staff were friendly. Overall great experience here, very happy to have found them, definitely recommend coming here for all your landscape supplies

I am a DIY'r and have only used these guys and gals for years. I have found their prices to be the best and they have gone out of their way numerous times to get my orders within my time constraints. At the time I received a ten percent discount when I crossed the price threshold. The front-end and yard staff are very friendly and eager to help. I went to WM well over ten times last summer thinking they would be sick of me however that was not the case and they were always friendly. Last summer, I spent endless hours trying to find a reasonably priced and well made rectangular propane fire table for my backyard. I looked at cement look-alike fire tables from all the big box and internet stores with no luck. Their IMO over-priced tables seemed like they wouldn't stand the elements and would easily disintegrate over cold winters whether inside a garage or left outside. WM's Riley turned out to be the solution as he eagerly helped me design our current rectangular firetable with their cement block inventory. Our table is around 48 by 36 inches and will last for years. I bought a 48 inch propane stainless-

steel high BTU burner insert with lid which produces grand fires! Our all-in table price was more than the junky pre-fab faux cement fire tables but the extra amount is WELL worth it as it will last for YEARS. I also consulted other Edmonton area landscapers to help me design and supply the rectangular table and they wouldn't even though they sold the same architectural cement block product. Don't waste your time looking at pre-fabricated faux cement tables and instead have WM provide it. The long cement blocks are heavy but easy to lift with one person at each end and a flat dolly or garden cart. Their delivery fees are also reasonable.

Communication, knowledge and pricing are AWESOME! With just a phone call and a description of what we needed, Riley was able to help us complete the gathering stage of getting supplies so we can get started on our back yard retaining wall. Would recommend The Whitemud Landscape Center for anyone who needs landscaping material.

Used this company to get sod as their online prices were the best and we were ordering enough that delivery was free. When we called we were told the price but they included a delivery charge as they said St. Albert was out of their delivery area. We let them know we were on their webpage as we spoke and St. Albert was listed. They told us the website was wrong and it wasn’t meant to include St. Albert but they would honour is since the website was out of date.

We paid the price in full including the deposit for the planks and were told the sod would be diverted first thing Thursday morning. We took the day off work in order to lay it right when it got there.

The day after ordering my husband received a call from the company saying we were “under charged” as once again the website was wrong. They wanted something like $300 more dollars. I wanted to cancel immediately but my husband said as we took the day off we need to still use them. After some back and forth between the company and my husband they agreed to honour the original quote.

Fast forward to Thursday at 9am and the sod wasn’t there so we called to ask what time it would be there. At that point they told us between 2-4pm. We told them we had taken the day off work because we were told it would argue first thing in the morning and we were told a manager would call us. Well the sod showed up at 5pm, we lost all our help, and had to put it down in the rain. No manager ever called. The only plus side was the sod was nice. The company itself was very unprofessional.

This company is without question the best place in Edmonton for everything landscaping. The staff (family owned) could not be nicer. Super prices and amazing service. Riley really treated us well as well the rest of the staff. Would not consider going anywhere else. Fabulous selection of everything Awesome. Highly recommended!! Cheers!
